What made things worse is that the owners didn't even acknowledge this or apologize. Or at end say 'thanks for your business.' We had a wedding same day -- appointment time mattered. We always want to support our local businesses, but we also want to give it to businesses that appreciate and treat customers properly. This salon is not that. She expressed to me she can work with what I had but I asked her to please file the nails to the same size. She was patient and she worked amazingly! She did exactly what I wanted.
