I have had pedicures here and they weren't bad. Since my nail salon was booked, I decided to try their manicures. I get powder normally and it would last me at least 3 weeks. This didnt even last the day!!!! My thumb cracked, my index finger cracked and the rest all have micro cracks. Will never come back to do manicures here read more

They do really great work here. You are always seen in a timely fashion and the services are very reasonably priced. I go every two weeks if my schedule allows. Starting off with the salon itself, it's very apparent how well they take care of their space. Everything is clean, organized, and uniform. The woman who answers the phones and handles payments (I'm assuming she may be one of the owners?) is super nice and friendly and sends a courtesy reminder text before your appointment. They start on time or very close to it and they space out appointments well so you don't feel like you are being rushed. The color selection is 10/10, whether its for regular or gel, and their clear top coat is ultra shine. After multiple visits, its safe to say that Tina is amazing at nails. I'm sure they are all great but as far as Tina goes, she is patient and does a perfect gel fill manicure in record time. DIRTY and DANGEROUS! I know several people who have gotten extremely bad infections AND fungal infections. This means they have been on antibiotics and creams due to equipment that was not cleaned, and a technician that cut them because they exhibited zero skill on how to perform a manicure. My friend is still on antiobiotics after several months. Unacceptable. This is extremely dangerous and can lead to blood infections. This spa is NOT clean. That's the worst part. The other awful part of this story is their service sucks and they rush you. -100 starts to this shitty place. read more

I went 6 days ago for a gel manicure. It was determined that a powder gel would be better than a base gel as I was not spending $60 on a UV Gel manicure. Before leaving I asked tech May why my right thumb nail looked like the nail was lifting upon the completion of the service. She told me my nail was lifted from the bed so it appeared different which didn't make sense as I had never seen that before. I thought maybe with a bit of a language difference I was misunderstanding her. Upon getting home, approx 45 minutes since the completion of my service, the work done on my thumb nail came off in one piece. I called and Jarvy or Jarvis said to come back in to be fixed which was not possible that next couple of days. I called on Tuesday afternoon extremely upset as two more had come off. I asked how long a manicure like that should last, and he stated about two weeks. I stated to the same guy that I wanted to come in for them to be removed and a full refund including the $10 tip I gave to May. Clearly, her tip was not earned. The guy said he could not refund as the job was done.......WHAT?! He said I could come in within a two week time frame from getting the service and have them fixed by a better technician. I sit here now 3 days later...6 days since having the original service and have a total of four nails with coating on them and a fifth nail on right pinky lifting. I would highly recommend you use one of the other 10 nail salons within the mile and a half distance for a service. read more

Vivian gave me a "Christmasy" set of nails cus tis the season. We never notice any chemical nail polish smell in the shop, it's always so clean and fresh. I hate posting bad reviews, but I felt this one was important to share. I loved going to this nail salon, my nails always looked flawless when leaving but a couple of months ago, I received a small cut on my left thumb while getting a manicure here and didn't think anything of it until about a week or two later my nail started to appear brown at the bottom, was swollen, and throbbed. After two doctors visits and two dermatologist visits later it turns out I had a bacterial AND fungus infection in my thumb. My nail has stopped growing and what is left of it is a yellowish green. According to my doctor it will take six months to fully heal and grow back and I may have to go on medication if the creams prescribed do no work. I write this review as a caution and as a plea to the business owners to please do the right thing and make sure all your equipment is cleaned properly and is sanitary. read more

I was really excited when this place opened and was a fan at first. Thought it was clean and professional. However my last few mani/pedis have been subpar. On one visit the technician didn't know what he was doing and took forever to paint my nails and they couldn't dry before the place closed. I had to go back the next day to get a couple of them fixed. My most recent visit my technician rushed through my mani/pedi and barely did the minimum. It was lack luster and disappointing as I was getting my nails done for a wedding. Hopefully they can improve their service. read more

This is just MY experience with the nail tech i had. I was not impressed. The lady that helped was rushing through the entire experience. I had gel pedicure before coming here. Every where I've been, they soak your feet for a few minutes then wrap the toe nails with acetone soaked cotton balls. For another few minutes. Well, here she used the nail machine to take off the polish. I feel it's not a great idea because it removes more of the layer of the nail. I did have simple pedicure, but the rubbing of the scrub was more placed on the legs then washed off. There's more but Why continue? I did let the lady taking payment know. I just wished I had had someone else, as I looked around other techs where doing what I was expecting. So beautiful in there. I got a luxurious pedicure with 15 min massage that involved steaming, wax on my heels and hot stone. This is far beyond what I usually get, it was so relaxing. I just got my nails done .... I'm honestly not happy with the way that came out. The lady that did my nails didn't do the shape I had asked and I even showed her a picture of the shape I wanted. I had asked for almond shaped nails when she gave me oval nails. I thought I'd give her a chance and not over exaggerate but it was so uneven and one nail is longer that the other.
