We hired Fiesta Fantastic for my son's birthday. Booking was easy, consisting of a short conversation with the owner, Hector. We went through what services I'd like over the phone and I was able to pay through Zelle. A receipt was emailed right after. They also call you a couple of days before your event to confirm. Lilly was our artist and balloonist and she is such a joy! She arrived on time and was easy to work with. My son wanted a lizard drawn on his arm and she was able to paint it off the top of her head. Her balloon creations were also on point. We had about 15 kids that were all able to get their face and/or arms painted and balloons made. We loved Lilly. All the kids loved her creations. Unfortunately, they have a poor business policy of requiring you to lose your deposit if you have to make a change regardless of whether they can accommodate the change or not . We needed to change the date of our event to the day prior. I understand that if they were not available then I would of course lose the original deposit. But if they're available then why can't the deposit transfer to the new day? They wanted me to cancel and redo a new event, lose the original deposit and put another deposit. Uh, no thanks. They can keep the original deposit and I found a more reasonable magician elsewhere who was much nicer and easier to work with.
