Lilly was our artist and balloonist and she is such a joy! She arrived on time and was easy to work with. My son wanted a lizard drawn on his arm and she was able to paint it off the top of her head. I ended up not taking the job, as I felt a lack of professionalism seeing as to how I had to reach out to them and inquire about training.
