Service was great. Food was great. Very clean and comfortable restaurant. Will definitely eat there again.

This place sucks . Get there and order cheese dip and drinks ( water ) and we wait about 10 mins . She come back and said the water isn't ready because they're not done with the cheese dip. Finally get it about 15 mins later . Get my order and I don't eat what I ordered without sour cream . Well I waited and waited and she said they won't give her the sour cream because they was busy in the back . About 15 more mins and I get it . I tell her I no longer want it because my food was cold and my wife and I split her plate . She said let me get you a box and I'm like nah I don't need it . She said you can take it home . I said okay . Well I guess she talk to someone and she came back and said we are out of them . We seen a ton of the to go plates right as you go in the kitchen . We explain to Jerry who is over it what happened . He said okay That's it just okay ...... we will never go back and we drove 30 mins to eat there. The waitress and owner / manger suck . Stopped here on Saturday, September 17, 2022, and I'm not sure where the people with the negative reviews ate - I've lived in Mexico, eaten Mexican and Tex-Mex food literally around the world but especially in Texas and New Mexico. I chose the Burrito California, and it was superb. The 2 house salsas that come with the meal (not the chips and salsa) were excellent and actually spicy. Few Tex-Mex locations serve anything spicy in the ArLaMiss since most people dislike spicy. I raise Carolina Reapers for fun. Their side sauce wasn't spicy like reaper but it was spicier than Tabasco sauce. The quality of food and the wide variety offered both are above average. As for the chips and salsa - the chips are thin and crisp. And they were fresh. Above average. The salsa was average but again people have varying ideas on salsas. I prefer thick, chunky salsa with plenty of garlic and cilantro (plus serrano chiles). Others don't like it that way. So I never judge a restaurant on their chips and salsa unless it is truly bad or superb and even then I place the entrees higher up the priority list. I'd definitely eat there again. I really wish I could say better things about this restaurant. I came here with some work friends last week for dinner. It was not crowded, but our waitress seemed very flustered. She did her best to tend to our table, but we had to keep asking for silverware and lemons for water. I wasn't impressed by the quality of the food here because wasn't much flavor to any of the food. You can typically judge a mexican restaurant by their quality of chips and salsa, but it wasn't very tasty. The salsa felt watered down, as was the queso. I had a burrito and it did the job by filling me up, but I wish there was some spice to any part of my meal. read more

We really enjoyed our meal here! We had 6 adults, 1 5 year old and 1 toddler (who slept most of the time). The salsa, cheese dip and guacamole were all excellent. We had one 10oz (thin cut) rib eye that was perfectly cooked medium and delicious. We had 2 molcajete Gordo and they were the best I have ever had! It took a little while to get our main dishes but we were a large party on a Friday night and it was totally worth the wait. read more

Disgusting. First off, the restaurant looks and feels filthy and you can see directly into the kitchen when you walk in which looked gross too. When we got there there was salsa spilled all over the floor that had not been cleaned up yet. We waited on someone to come mop up the salsa, but left a lot of it on the floor so I had to sit around on the outside of the table to get away from it. Service was terrible too. Looked like a lot of high school aged kids who have not been trained on properly waiting tables. Took our drink order and brought out chips, but forgot salsa. When we received our cheese dip it was runny, like watery. When we received our food my order was wrong, my mothers order was wrong, and we had no silverware. To top it off for two people our meal was $36.00 and nothing in this place was worth $36.00. It's safe to say, we will not be back. read more

We went to eat at Fiesta Linda on 8-6-23. Walked in not to be greeted by the owner, but to be told just a minute on our table that he had to clean. Our waiter came to get our drink order, brought our cheese dip to us no chips. We finally got chips and salsa. We had to go to kitchen to get chips refilled. My husband ordered fajitas, when they were brought out the bottom of some were burnt. Service was horrible and the food was not good either. We would better eating the free popcorn at atwoods. I almost always come here when I'm in town. Even when they're short staffed they're quick and polite. I like the mixed Miranda. I will say the queso is watery, but I kind of like my queso that way. To each their own read more

No good Mexican food at all carne asada isn't carne asada at all !! Dry and tastes dirty. Very disappointing!

I absolutely love this place. I have been going to eat here since I was tiny. This has been one of my favorite restaurants. I love how they give young teenagers a job. I love the food, it is always wonderful. Everyone is friendly, and are willing to help you. Everything is clean. My family and some family friends come every Halloween after trick or treating, and always have a blast. I deeply suggest coming to this restaurant! read more

Fiesta Linda's is a chain restaurant. I've been to at least four different locations and the food has always tasted exactly the same. Food-wise, it's nothing special. Though, in a town like this, you don't have many competitors. You get large portions, which is great, the inside is nice, and the service is always decent. Except one time I had a waiter try to "slide into my DM's" via Facebook after serving me. If you're not into extreme Tex Mex or "comfort food" then this really isn't the place for you. I definitely recommend giving it a shot, though. read more

The food use to be good. Yesterday I ordered my food, as I was ordering I asked the waitress what's all comes on the nachos she was rude. I order a nacho with extra cheese no onion, and a mix Miranda. My mix Miranda didn't have any cheese and my nacho only had a little cheese. My food was horrible but the salsa was good. read more

The only drawback to this place is that they employ a lot of pretty dumb high school kids. I'm glad they give those kids a shot at their first jobs, but it is kind of annoying. The food is always great. read more

We ate here last August (2016). The customer service was poor...despite what appeared to be more than adequate staffing. They took a long time just to acknowledge that we (and others) were awaiting seating. We all stood for quite some time. They forgot my side salad, forgot that my drink was to have no ice, forgot to bring us our queso, and gave us brown lettuce. Fortunately, the sandwiches were quite tasty, at a good price. Poor customer service annoys me. There is no reason to ignore one's patrons. And...brown lettuce?! Suffice to say that we didn't put the lettuce on our sandwiches. I felt that I should have tipped the bus-boy (who seemed to be working the hardest that night, and even seated us), and/or the cook. The young man who was working the cash register was very chatty with the customer ahead of us at the desk, despite a line to pay out. Food: Good, if you put aside rotting lettuce.
