I had a couple chicken tacos and a steak burrito. The wife had the daily special - pork carnitas. Everything was excellent. The carnitas were tender as can be - just like rib meat. We were served by what appeared to be the owner himself (there working by himself). Nice guy, very good food. Only downside - it was hotter than hell inside. Surprisingly some good mexican food options in tiny Dillon, MT. ** sorry to see that there are a couple less-than-good reviews recently placed, and I cannot speak for the nachos (in reference to the poor reviews). I just moved to Ennis about 2months ago and found this food truck tonight. It was Fabulous. My husband and son ordered the California Burritos and I had the street tacos. Meats were Carnitas and Asada. Great flavoring and spices were on point. The two gentlemen working were very pleasant as well. Definitely will be visiting frequently.
