Came here for a quick bite and ordered the Avocado Chicken Sandwich. They had plenty of avocado and the chicken was cooked perfectly. It was tender and juicy. We had a mid-afternoon dinner and the food was great. Chicken fried steak was crunchy, mashed potatoes were delicious, and the gravy was the best. Southern Fried Chicken could be called chicken fried chicken as it was exactly like the steak but with a thin chicken breast. Mashers, white gravy, and perfect coating. Service was great. Chicken fingers were good as was the Mac and cheese and shakes. The issue was the brisket and the pulled pork. The bbq sauces are great, but the meat is definitely lacking; it's flavorless and tastes like cafeteria meat. There's zero fat or marbling. Tastes like a tough cut of meat that's been sitting in water all day. I had the Philly cheesesteak with brisket. I could only eat half of one half. I debated asking for something else, but just left most of it. The loaded fries were not good. We left almost all of those. The cheese sauce was gritty and thick; it tasted like easy cheese. We enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the chicken fingers. I'd nix anything with pulled pork or brisket from the menu or replace those with legitimate pulled pork and brisket and it would definitely up their game. Absolutely blown away with their Brisket Philly sandwich. The dipping sauce for it is to die for!! 11/10 highly recommend! The French onion soup was good but had an overpowering taste of bay leaves. There was a long wait so we opted to "belly up to the bar" to eat. Ashley was great. Personable and just enough attention. We waited, and when we were seated, there were empty tables everywhere. We were by the exit the whole time, so not sure why we had to wait to sit at an hour empty table. Service was super fast once we were seated. Had the brisket Philly, it was ok probably would have it again. If you want to watch sports, drink a beer, and grab a burger I'd recommend. We were in Dillon Montana for a few days last fall, and decided to go to Sparky's Garage for lunch. We were traveling with our small dog and they had a patio. I walked in to inquire if dogs were allowed on their patio and the gal I asked said "NO". Her tone was almost enough to turn us away,but knowing that we were not going to be back in town anytime soon. We found a shady spot to park and went i fortunately we had a different server the decor was great our service was good the food was just ok nothing special though. I think I'll be really hungry after I convince my husband that 150 miles out of the way isn't that far. We had the smoked beef brisket, with barbecue beans, and french fries. It all was homemade, even the french fries were hand cut, delicious. I loved everything, the beans were to die for! They also have four different kinds of barbecue sauce, my favorite was the original barbecue sauce mixed with the hot-n-sassy! This place is well decorated and I'm sure have a fortune in the old vintage gas station signs. They also have a few vehicles, gas pumps as well, I love this place! Gluten free and dairy light eater. Dillon is a small little town but it has a few good spots. This place was a casual location with cute decor. You can chose from a variety of places to sit. I went with a few coworkers after work for a drink and appetizers. I got the supreme nachos. I love nachos! These were decent. More cheese than I should have ate so don't get these if you are looking for dairy light! I wish there was more beans and chicken on them. But flavor wise nothing disappointed. They have local Montana brews on tap so try one out! We all got fried foods. So take that as you may. They do fried foods well. The fries were handmade. And quite good.
