I had no issue buying my truck here. This is for the service department. Sure, they did the services but they were not very communicative. It took over 8 hours for one service, even though I made an appointment and they said "two and a half hours at most". When asked about it, they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fiesta Nissan in Edinburg, TX. Before making the long drive from Dallas, I specifically called the dealership to confirm the pricing on a Nissan Frontier they had listed online for around $40,500. I explained that I'm a Soldier and that I did not want to waste my time driving several hours unless they could guarantee the numbers we discussed over the phone. Not only did they assure me the listed price was accurate, but they also told me they would offer me "at the higher end of KBB value" for my trade-in, which was around $20,000. After driving all the way to the dealership, the story completely changed. Suddenly the truck price jumped to almost $48,000, and they offered me only $8,000 for my trade-in. After I called them out for completely changing the deal we discussed, their "final offer" was still nowhere close about $44,000 for the truck and $14,000 for my vehicle. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They got me to drive hours based on promises they had no intention of honoring. Wasting someone's time is bad enough, but misleading customers after they specifically ask for transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing before dealing with this dealership. Very disappointing experience. 23 hours ago New I placed a $1,500 down payment at Fiesta Nissan in June 2025. After having the vehicle for 6 days, I received a call from the bank saying I needed to put my husbands information in the application.After providing his information and hearing nothing back, I decided to return the vehicle voluntarily and in good condition. I was told by the finance department that I would receive my refund by check. Instead, the sales manager falsely accused me of fraud -- claiming that I misrepresented my income -- even though I was instructed by dealership staff to list household income on the credit application. She then told me the dealership would keep my money for "rental and service fees," or I could only get the money back if I made another car deal. (But who would want to do that after being accused of fraud) I have now received two official adverse action letters from the bank -- one in my name and one in my husband's -- clearly proving that financing was never approved, and nowhere does it say the denial was due to fraud. I sent a formal written refund request to the general manager on June 27 and have received no response. I strongly advise others to be cautious when doing business with this dealership. They do not honor their word, and the way they treated us was unfair and unprofessional. read more

Wife and I were looking to replace our 2024 Pathfinder Rock Creek that had been totaled by another driver a few weeks prior. We found the exact same color and year online at Fiesta Nissan. See advertised 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Stock: 246690 VIN: 5N1DR3BD4RC302634 for 38,447. Drive 2.5 hours to Fiesta Nissan on 12/31/24 and spoke with sales manager Roger who passed us to a sales associate. Told him what we were looking or and he goes to get it. Brings it around and we test drove it only to realize when we got back to the dealership it was not the color scheme we saw online. When we pointed this out and asked if they had it in stock was told no. We then went to leave and saw the vehicle parked in the back. Took a picture of the window sticker and went back inside. We refused to work with that sales associate and Roger introduced us to sales associate Christian. Confirmed they had the vehicle in stock and advised us the price was 47000. When we explained the advertised price of 38,447 was told they could not honor that price and the lowest price they could go to was 42,080 unless we financed the vehicle at 9% APR. Did not purchase vehicle as we felt deceived by the advertisement. I have filed complaints with TEXAS DMV, Texas AG and BBB. I wish I would have researched this dealership before driving so far. read more

Spoke to Emmanuel on June 30th to schedule a test drive on a Diesel Truck my husband had seen online. Saturday morning I got a call from Emmanuel confirming our appointment for that same morning at 10am. i let him know we were on our way and would be there shortly. When we got there Emmanuel introduced us to a different salesman that was going to help us. After 45 minutes the salesman tells us that the truck has been taken across the street for a battery change and would be back sometime during the day. We let him know that we were not able to wait there for it since he didn't know when it would be back at the lot. He then said, that he could get it back to the lot in 15 minutes so we told him we would wait. He brought it back but said we could not test drive it because the the whole dash board did not work, it was all black, the back tail light was broken, was a bit scratched on the sides and the windshield was cracked. We told him that it would have been nice if Emmanuel had told us that when he confirmed our appointment to go test drive it. We drove 30 miles and spent 2 hours waiting around. He then apologized and so forth but that it should be ready by Tuesday and would be calling us. Needless to say, it's almost the second Tuesday and we still haven't heard from him. Got a call from another person asking about our experience on that Saturday, I told her the whole story and she said she would find out what was going on with the truck and call me right back. It's been 4 days and I am still waiting for her call. The truck is still listed but no one has called us back. We have never had this experience at a car dealership. We purchased our Nissan Armada there and did have a few mishaps but not this bad. We were still going to try to purchase the truck once it was ready but if this is how they treat you when you are purchasing it, I can imagine what kind of treatment you would get when you have problems with the vehicle. I am or was a repeat customer at Fiesta Nissan. In Oct 2016 when they were still selling cars out of a trailer, I purchased a New 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Fast forward to 2020, I traded in my 2016 for a 2020 Altima SR. During this time I asked the Finance Manger to cancel my Extended Warranty on my 2016 Altima so I could get a partial refund on the warranty. He said he'd take care of it and I signed some papers for cancellation. Fast forward to 2021. I still have not received my refund for the 2016 Altima Warranty and I traded in my "Paid Off" 2020 Altima (Not to Fiesta Nissan) and called Fiesta Nissan to have my extended warranty cancelled on that car as well, they told me I needed to come to the dealership to have this done. I went in to the dealership and they made me wait for 4 hours and I ended up leaving without talking to anyone. Returned the next and sat around for 2 hours waiting. (Mind you this was at 9:00AM and there were no customers around). I finally got to meet with a Finance Manager. I asked him also about my refund of the 2016 Altima Warranty, and he told me they have no record of me purchasing a 2016 Altima from them. Everyone I talked to said they have no record of it. Now in January 2022 I have not received the refund for my 2020 Altima or my 2016 Altima. Their paperwork says it "May take up to 10-12" weeks to process...I called the Extended warranty company and they said they cancelled the warranty in November 2021. Fiesta Nissan from the CEO down to the sales people are horrible people. They do not ever return calls or messages, nor do they respond to emails. I have a case open with the BBB regarding this dealership. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. As of this writing they still owe me thousands of dollars between my 2016 Warranty and my 2020 Warranty and no one answers their phones in the "Cancellations" department, Finance Department or Accounting. I even sent an email to the CEO of Bert Ogden Natasha Del Barrio and she never responded. So I guess they learn this from the Top down!!! read more

My review is not about the service department but rather the sales department. I purchased a vehicle in june of 2020. I received my paperwork from the deal in May of 2021. Apparently this is a tactic that prevents the consumer from actually seeing the details of their purchase...and even when I brought this to their attention, it took several weeks for them to locate the paperwork. When I became aware of some of the costs associated with my deal, they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to remove them. Ultimately I had to submit my complaint to the State of Texas in order to get them to do what they should have done to begin with. The measure of a company isn't whether they make a mistake but what they do in the name of goodwill once they realize they have screwed up. This dealership doesn't believe in that apparently, from my experience. Despite never bothering to send me my paperwork for nearly a year, they made zero attempt to make this situation right. Very disappointing. You might want to avoid this dealership. I know I will! read more

Fiesta Nissan has the worst customer service after you purchase your vehicle. I take my car in for regular maintenance and recently it started having warning lights. I brought it to the service department and they told me they couldn't check my car unless the warning light was on all the time. I am having the same issue as the gentleman who left the review about the extended warranty. I also cancelled my extended warranty. On the paper they gave me it says to wait 10-12 weeks it has been over five months and I have not received so much as a call. I constantly receive messages from sales people trying to have me upgrade my car. However, they never answer calls when I'm trying to get through to the finance department. I've come in person twice; waiting for hours at a time and they never resolved the issue. Don't waste your time at this dealership! They'll stop caring after you buy. read more

Bait and switch tactics at this dealership. They advertise vehicles for a certain low price and then add on a paint protection package for two grand. An example of this is a Nissan versa for $8999. People that are on a commission based salary usually don't have ethical intentions, which is the case for this dealership. Stay away from this one and avoid the headache. Bert Ogden automotive group operates in this fashion and I would assume the service department is no difference. read more

The dealership was trying to help me out but finance worker Jay had me going in and out of the dealership for about 2 weeks. I wanted to get an SUV and trade in my car. They told me that I needed to put money down or i needed to get a co-signer. I got 3 different co-signers and the dealership told me that they back was still asking for money down. They told me that they were only talking to 2 different banks and that both were asking for a cosigner or money down. They told me they were only talking to 2 banks and as of now i have received 5 different letter on the mail that nissan submitted my application for a loan. Another of the options that they gave me was that the bank would give me a better rate on my car for me to take the one i liked but that they could not take my vehicle as a trade in. Since i was not able to be making two payments, the finance manager told me to STOP MAKING PAYMENTS ON MY CURRENT CAR AND TO HAVE THE CURRENT BANK REPOSES THE CURRENT VEHICLE. I was happy with Nissan at the beginning because they seem that they wanted to help me however, it lookes that they are shady and not 100 honest with their potential customers as they seem to have lied and trying to make a sale and trying to affect my credit at the same time read more

I went to buy a car i saw online for $8900 after spending there all Friday and Saturday we finally signed papers on sat night just to find out they had raised the price and added protection ins for $2000 which i denied when they offered it to me. When i told them about it, they said "it most of been an honest mistake" (to their favor of course) at this point i couldn't trust them and just asked them for my down payment back, they said yes but that it was going to take about one week!!! I lost money because that same day when i got the car i paid for the window tint, and i loss time being there just to realize how unprofessional and dishonest they are! You're trying to purchase a car at the price they offer online. Then they add unnecessary costs $2500 for 5 yr millenium paint protection that doesn't cover scratches even after they said scratches idk how many times or protection for windshield, tire, roadside assistance, and key fobs to me for $2999 to make matters worse I find out they charge $999 for the second protection. So much for a deal. I can't even purchase the car I wanted for my wife for mothers day because they paid too much for trade in. That's not my fault! read more

Nothing but predatory tactics. I had a friend with me speaking on my behalf at dealerships because he had a stronger background fixing cars and understanding their worth and knew a bit about the sales environment. My salesperson was nice, and I got to take a drive in the car I was interested in before my friend, salesperson, and myself sat down to discuss the price in a glass office. After researching on Cargurus and KBB, we decided to negotiate a lower price, suggested 12k-12.5.K (car was $12,999.00) and asked our salesperson to take this price to his manager - this is when things began to go downhill. We got back a paper with a breakdown of the costs and the $12,999 hadn't budged a dollar. There was also the "Accessories/Millenium" cost (a paint and spill protection sort of warranty others have also described on Fiesta Nissa's yelp) that we definitely didn't want or need. A $12,999 ended up coming out to $16,637.70 with the usual taxes and fees (~$1,143) and 'vanity warranty' ($2,495). My friend asked the salesperson to take the warranty off altogether - the salesperson said it might not be possible, but he would ask his manager. Now, the manager walks in - he is the epitome of the pushy car salesman you hear about or might have seen on tv, and hope to never encounter. The manager asks what the problem is, and my friend replies that we don't need the "Accessories/Millenium". The manager replies that it needs to stay on but they can adjust the amount charged. My friend is adamant - no Millenium. The manager then writes on the paper a list followed by an 'x' and a line: ~"if we can agree to put 3k down, with no Millenium, and keep the price at $12,999, and you understand this can you write your initials here? It only means we're on the same page." My friend says, "no, it was also in an accident which is why we're asking for a lower price." At some point, the manager sarcastically asks if we have experience selling cars - my friend replies he had a family relative who was involved in the car sales industry for a bit, so he knows the tactics they use to sell and knows what to look for in used cars. The manager reminds us it's certified and asked if it was a small fender bender - he's ready to pull up the carfax. We start walking out, but they bring us back to the office. The manager asks who the car is for, and my friend says me. YES! This is the manager's chance to persuade me - the first-time car buyer who might be easier to convince. He asks why I'm there, and I state that I saw the car online, and it was close to my budget. He tries to remind me that it's certified, and it was a car I wanted at a good price. After the whole interaction, 'good' price or not, fender bender or not, after watching the way he aggressively challenged my friend and treated us like subordinates, I said that we were going to look elsewhere. They remind us that they had the best deal one last time, and we left. Had I not had excellent service at the dealership we visited after this one, Toyota of Pharr, I might have given this place two stars believing that this experience was closer to the norm of finding a car, but it's not. This other salesman at T of P was extremely kind and good-hearted - after looking at a few cars, I felt obligated to say something like "I'll be back soon - I need to consider the options," and he said something along the lines of, "That's fine. We're not here to force you to buy a car - you should be comfortable with your choice. Just call when you need me!" I've provided both facts and my experience, and hope yelp will let me download the paper with the breakdown of expenses. I'm not looking for 'I'm sorry you felt that way or had that experience." I'm hoping that others know that it is not normal to feel pressured or bullied into buying a car. If you come to this dealership and are unhappy with the seemingly mandatory 'vanity warranty' and don't feel like you're getting much of a say on the price, then you should go elsewhere and take care of yourself and your wallet. read more

Terrible business practices. Kept my Daughter and Wife occupied for 4 hours and provided her with their "best price." Returned to negotiate a better deal the following day and was qouted a new higher price. Total waste of time. Do not understand the need to play games. Left the dealership and drove 30 miles East to Charlie Clark Nissan and found same car for almost $600 less. Charlie Clark Nissan was willing to negotiate and deal with a serious buyer.
