First of all I stopped by to see a truck that i liked. Appointment was made with a Ricky Vest as per the manager he was the best salesman. Well that salesman lied to my face and then gave me an excuse that it wasn't him giving the price that it was the bank. After I got up to leave I asked for my keys to leave and he told me to just sit down and talk in an annoying voice. I asked for my keys again and he told me that the manager had them. I asked him to give me the keys as I walked outside and told him to get my keys and stop keeping me there. He just stayed in his seat and made no movement to get my keys to my vehicle. Even thou he made me sign a promised that he gave me to keep me in the price range and came out saying I got great news but came out with a larger number after discussing that I could not afford anything in that price range and tried to convince that he could do better. After leaving he called me went down drastically on the price tag that he supposedly could not do, I don't know what kind of business is being run there but the service I got from Ricky sure sucked. read more

Don't use their parts department. Ordered a couple parts online. Ended up not needing one. Paid out of my own pocket to ship back to get a refund. It's been 2 months and I still have yet to receive my money back! I have emailed Amanda Adames and even spoke with her on the phone. Last conversation was that my refund would be back on my card in 3-5 business days. That was a month ago, so now I have had no choice but to report it to PayPal. Worst possible body shop experience ever. Took a check from the insurance company 2 weeks prior to the completion of the repairs, the shop said my truck would be ready on the January 11th, when I called that evening to see if it was ready they said it was but that they couldn't release the vehicle until they got the check back from the lien holder. Their excuse was that the lienholder would not endorse the check until they got confirmation that the vehicle was repaired. This was never mentioned when I dropped my vehicle off. Long story short, I had pay out of my own pocket to get my vehicle back. The shop then told me the check would be in on a specific date and I could just stop by and pick it up, well I called them and guess what??? They deposited it and I had to wait to get them to cut a check. Friday they told me the check would be ready at noon and today they told me the check would not be ready until 2. I went to them in good faith because I bought the vehicle there. They will not get my business next year when I need a new truck. read more
