So I noticed she cleaned the other counter and after a few minutes went back to her counter and ask customers to ring their stuff. All the while I thought she will closed her register, but no she just don't want to ring my stuff. So I complain about what she did, she mentioned because there's a long line to where I was in que. So I was upset and I told her that was a stupid decision on her part. She lacks customer service, so she called her assistant manager and even her manager, don't know what customer service is. Not even an apology for what her colleague did to me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE ANYMORE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

Everyone talked about how cool the play area was and the kids went HAM on that thing. We got the 11x11 size with the teddy bounce house and it comfortably fit 3 kids around the age of 1 and 3 more kids around the age of 3 and 4. So imagine 6 kids total, 3 of which are whizzing around this play area at the speed of light and 3 of which who are still learning how to walk and move at the speed of a turtle.
