I came here for my niece's birthday. I was worried about germs lol. To my surprise, the inside looked cleaner than I thought it would be. There's a little toddler area which was nice for my one year old. Some of the toys in this area didn't work because they probably didn't put new batteries, but other than that, the kids still had a great time. This place was not crowded. We even came on a Saturday.

Perfect place for kids to run around and let their energy out while parent relax or even join the fun. We went on Friday and paid $20 per kid for 2 hours and $3 for socks, which was mandatory. Plenty of seating in the play area along the walls. They also have snacks and drinks available for purchase. There are 3 rooms for parties available too. Not a fan of the location but it works.

This was our second visit in a week, and the same issues remain. Jumpity Bumpity Fairfield used to be a clean indoor space that promoted physical play and less screen time. Now it feels like a cash grab, with more arcade games and fewer basic standards. On both visits, the bathroom soap dispenser was broken, there were no paper towels or hand sanitizer, the water fountains were not working, and at least one bathroom stall was out of order. For a children's activity center, you'd expect basic items that promote hygiene to be consistently available. Outside snacks are no longer allowed, making visits more expensive and less family-friendly. Disappointing decline for a place that was once a go-to.

This place is perfect for the fives years and up. The toddler section is for 3 years and younger, but is really small. Not worth paying the $17/hour for that age to be honest. But the older kids have so much to choose from whether it was the slides, ball pits and drops, ninja course, 3 story play structure. No food or drinks allowed inside. They do offer snacks, but we didn't purchase any. You must also use their grip socks. You cannot I repeat CANNOT use any other type of grip sock from another company. It is on the pricier side for something for your kids to do, but they did enjoy it. I would recommend an hour for your little ones and two hours for the later elementary school aged kids

Took my 22 month great grandson Saint. We all had a blast running around, going down slides, climbing etc. Great place to let them release all there energy we wish we had.

Says it closes at 6:30 got here at 5:53 I called and asked if they were open and they said they dont let anyone in anymore because its 6.

Definitely would recommend this place for weekdays as they provide in-and-out privileges with the same ticket price.

So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

There's a good mix of activities and play structures that kept everyone entertained, from the littlest ones to the bigger kids. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a couple of hours while the kids explore, climb, and just have a blast. One thing to note is that grip socks are required, and they're $3 a pair if you don't bring your own. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind before you go. Overall, it's a clean, lively spot with lots to do, and we'll definitely be back!

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

Imagination Playhouse made it easy to check for initial availability, with clearly written policies and party package offerings listed on their website, so I was able to secure the ideal time-slot with a deposit and waivers signed within minutes of calling. I was able to bring in catering without extra charge, while they provided the utensils, napkins, and plates. Issa and Jeff were my facility coordinators for the day. When we got there at start time, they were ready at the door to help us unload. They set up the decorations and snacks. Later they assisted with the catering, cake cutting, and distribution. Lastly they helped me tear down the decorations, pass out favors, and helped us load everything back. They were kind and patient with us, and they made running this party so much easier. The facilities were clean and organized, with age appropriate play areas set up with plenty of couches so parents can sit and watch their kids. The party room at the back was open at all times so kids could fuel up and go back out. It was a private party, which made the experience a lot more enjoyable for everyone. Most of the kids knew each other from daycare and family play dates. The parents got to spend time socializing with each other. Thank you for helping us host a fantastic birthday party my son won't forget!

They had 3 people on staff for our party. I brought balloons, snacks, drinks, cupcakes and colorful tablecloths. I wheeled in my items from the car, dropped them off at the front with the team, and they literally did the rest. Super turn-key. The first portion is play time and then you move to the party room for snacks and cake. You can also have some snacks laid out in the front part of the play area. The party room is in the back and I had meant to go in and give them some basic set-up directions prior to us going in, but totally forgot. I ran into the room while folks were already filing in as I hadn't even viewed the room, yet, and it looked amazing! They had laid out all the snacks and drinks; they supplied plates, napkins, basic party tablecloths and a royal birthday chair and birthday banner. I didn't even have cake stands so brought a few plates from home to display the cupcakes, but they had some cute cake stands and took it upon themselves to beautifully display them! Far better than what I would have done! They even took it upon themselves to move the balloons from spot to spot as the party migrated - whatever looked the best! Then they helped pack up the leftovers and clean everything. Easy peasy. They do include 18% gratuity, but with the amount of mental load they took off my plate, it was 100% worth it. And of course, the kids loved it! The only thing I wish they had was a bit longer play time option. The kids LOVED playing and wanted more! The venue and level of service is truly exceptional! The team at Peek-a-Boo in San Francisco are true pros, with a level of customer service that totally surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Peek-a-boo Factory Team!

Located in the local & city combo vibed Geary neighborhood in San Francisco, Peek-a-Boo packs a lot into a well organized kids space. Although it has limited seating, the entry way contains some retro distraction as you wait to be let into the main play area where your party time begins - those coin operated machines from the 80's that you win a prize from when you turn the slot with 2-4 quarters. My nephew & I played two. Then as his friends and their parents started arriving, it was the official time for his party start time and so our family could walk through the locked gate into the kids world of swings, slides, climbing walls, and colorful tunnels and passageways. For an estimated 90 minutes, about 20 kids ran through the time of their lives as their parents and Auntie looked on in awe haha! A face painter was also setup on one side of that main room who painted next level and intricate animal, tribal, and celestial themed designs on some of the kids' faces while the others played. When the clock ticked to a certain time, the staff made an announcement to head towards the back party room for pizza, cupcakes, and presents. (My brother chose the food options and arranged for them to be delivered ahead of time.) The staff had setup the room perfectly, with a happy birthday banner over the cupcakes on the middle table, then little tables setup on both sides of that table with snacks, drinks, pizza, goodie bags, and long tables setup in the middle for the kiddos to sit at comfortably as they entered the room. Then the staff served them pizza. It was a sweet time - filled with laughter, smiles, birthday song, and full bellies. What a wonderful Sunday afternoon of childhood bliss!
