A great place for kids of all ages to play. There's something for everyone here. It gets pretty pricey at $18 per visit and a few extra dollars for socks. There is a monthly membership available for purchase. The ball pit structures which is my son's favorite don't always work which gets frustrating. I don't think I'd ever buy a membership since not everything is functioning at all times. It seems pretty clean but I never see anyone going around to clean. The balls are definitely dirty so I'd be mindful of that. Not sure what their cleaning process is. Kids love this place. A great way to burn energy. Always plenty of parking but there's a usually a ton of homeless outside so it can be a little sketch at times. read more

My kids loooovwd this place! I wish there was one closer to us. There's a deal for $18 unlimited, so my kids, and our friends' kids played here all day long and had so much fun. There's so many things to do: slides, swings, ropes, crawling areas, digital games, they don't get bored. My kids have been here with friends many times, but this is my first time tagging along. There is even drinks and snacks for purchase, although choices are a bit limited. Service was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

My family and I came here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and boy was it busy! Of course it should be because it's a weekend. They replaced the ninja course with a "volcano" climber & slide. The kids love it because you go down super fast on the slide. My main concern is where the slide ends. Adults & kids walk in front of this slide & when the kid goes down the slide, they might run into each other. There were a couple of close calls & me and some other parents had nervous looks on our faces. Jumpity bumpity also has a new toddler area for ages 3 and below. It's now located where the old claw machines and games were. The staff do their best to keep this place clean and safe. I've seen workers vacuum from time to time & another worker walking around making sure the plastic balls stay in the ball area. They also make sure that there are no children over the age of 3 are playing at the toddler area. read more

I came here for my niece's birthday. I was worried about germs lol. To my surprise, the inside looked cleaner than I thought it would be. There's a little toddler area which was nice for my one year old. Some of the toys in this area didn't work because they probably didn't put new batteries, but other than that, the kids still had a great time. This place was not crowded. This was our second visit in a week, and the same issues remain. Jumpity Bumpity Fairfield used to be a clean indoor space that promoted physical play and less screen time. Now it feels like a cash grab, with more arcade games and fewer basic standards. On both visits, the bathroom soap dispenser was broken, there were no paper towels or hand sanitizer, the water fountains were not working, and at least one bathroom stall was out of order. For a children's activity center, you'd expect basic items that promote hygiene to be consistently available. Outside snacks are no longer allowed, making visits more expensive and less family-friendly. Disappointing decline for a place that was once a go-to. read more

This place is perfect for the fives years and up. The toddler section is for 3 years and younger, but is really small. Not worth paying the $17/hour for that age to be honest. But the older kids have so much to choose from whether it was the slides, ball pits and drops, ninja course, 3 story play structure. No food or drinks allowed inside. They do offer snacks, but we didn't purchase any. You must also use their grip socks. You cannot I repeat CANNOT use any other type of grip sock from another company. It is on the pricier side for something for your kids to do, but they did enjoy it. I would recommend an hour for your little ones and two hours for the later elementary school aged kids read more

It's pretty huge and kids could be entertain for a bit. The only thing I didn't like that is dirty. The rug is outdated and the mats were dirty. The bathroom smell like urine and were dirty. They basically need maintenance and more worker. It's pretty dusty too. I must include there are a lot of things out of order, like the kids air pressure thrower, bathroom stalls, three were out of order. Definitely not going to that location again. read more

This is such a fun and cute place for kids to come and play, especially in the summer when its too hot to be at the park. The staff here is friendly. There's a lot of different activities to keep kids of different ages engaged. They have a little ninja warrior type of area, a toddler play portion, slides, areas to climb, etc. There's lots to do. You can pay for an hour or a day pass. You do have to buy jumpity bumpity socks, but once you have them you can bring them with you next time. I do wish they would let parents walk through with your kids without paying. From the seating area there are parts where you can't see your kids. For older kids that's okay, but for the younger ones I don't love not knowing which part of the play area my kid is at. However, it feels safe as kids have to go in and out of a gate and then through the seating area, the lobby and then the front door. For kids 10 and under this place is a dream. read more

My kids love this place. I believe we have been visiting this place for almost 2 yrs. There is only one attendant here but she tries her best to make sure everyone is following the rules and she can also be seen vacuuming and wiping down areas. The structures themselves are well kept and maintained. No excessive rips or tears in the upholstery and they have added 2 different play areas since they opened. Our most recent visit was last week and i noticed that they have this toddler soft play area. The minus 1 star is just for the price. It is now at 19 for 2 hrs and kids are priced the same regardless of age. Overall, it is a good place to take your kids to for fun. read more

Pro tip Fill out the waiver ahead of time online!! We are local to the area and we come here often. My kids are 4 and 1.5 I'd say we visit about once a month and we always have a great time. We only ever really go right when they open and do 2hrs/unlimited so we can play and go home for nap time. Nothing but positive things to say about the staff! Today we went and the credit card reader wasn't working. The staff member was polite, and worked really hard to do anything she could under pressure. We ended up getting cash next door at the grocery store. She handled it great and kept her cool. And once everyone was checked in and grooving she was sanitizing things as well. As for the facility it is always pretty clean, definitely feels safe and they are constantly upgrading the equipment for the kids! The owner or manager lady is always very helpful and polite as well. A young man came and looked at my sister's feet to check if she was wearing the right socks... a little concerned. Knocking down a couple stars because of the sock requirement. The other Jumpity Bumpities: concord & Daly city allow other grip socks other than jumpity Bumpity, branded socks, here. as a mama 4. Even when I had one kid, my kid's socks are mismatched and trust me. I've tried to keep all the socks together. But it's just a small. Expense that definitely adds up. For safety measure, I'm sure they can accept any other grip socks as long as the socks have grip on them. But just because it doesn't say jumpity, bumpity, they do not allow. This is a great spot to take your kid on a hot summer day. Lots of fun activities and the staff seem to clean/sanitize throughout their shift. My one major complaint is that they don't have any food offerings inside so you have to bring plenty of snacks if you plan to stay for a while. I was asked twice to check in and sign in. While waiting off to the side in the lobby - I noticed that there was a party area (chairs/tables)behind a partition wall. In the back - the large play area. There's a seating area. No shoes inside the play area. Also, noticed 2 other party rooms. The play area looked clean and well maintained. It was pretty hot inside. Love this place! 4 stars due to 2 things. 1. staff isn't manning the front gate and there's no child security system making sure children only leave with who they came with. I understand it's up to the parents to keep tabs on their kid but when you're walking around looking for them there's no one stopping them from leaving the facility alone or with a stranger. 2. It would be nice if they had a closed circuit camera system with screens in the parent sitting area. It would be convenient to be able to try to easily locate your child, or at least see them once in a while on the screen in a place this big with so many blind spots and levels. read more

Place is compact. It's not as big as we expected but the young ones had so much fun! Bring your own water in reusable container as their Costco bottle of water isn't cheap. It was a busy Monday, Veterans Day today, place was packed but we only saw two workers, not enough to monitor unruly adults. Knocked one star off due to unsanitary and unmonitored adults walking around either with shoes on, or no socks on! They don't allow ahoes, even in the bathroom. They provide slippers which I thought was cool. Everyone must wear socks. Kids have to buy socks at the location for $2.50 a pair while adults can use their own socks to watch/oversee their kids inside. We saw a mother and her kids came in socks but brought their shoes in, and as soon as their game time was up, mother and kids put on their shoes inside the game area. How inconsiderate to others. One mother came in barefoot and sat on one of the benches inside with her foot up! Gross! Good thing an attendant came and ask her to buy a pair of socks! Good job crew! I hate this place. I have been coming here for over a year, even throughout the pandemic. It starts when you walk in the door. The woman who is usually behind the counter (the manager named Carla) is literally the most snarky, miserable woman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This woman polices your every move. It's extreme. Here are some examples. They have "relaxing" massage chairs, but as soon as the time runs out, it makes this annoying beep. I guess that's to notify Carla so she can come running to tell you to either get out or insert your card again. It doesn't matter if nobody else is around. This is a place geared towards families. But no, you cannot bring in outside coffee (sorry mamas), or snacks for your kids. You must buy their $2 Pringles instead and stand in the lobby to eat them. But you also must watch your children at all times, so... I'm not sure how that logic works. The have a gated section in the play area with tables and chairs. But no, that's not where you can enjoy your snack or coffee. There have been times when myself and my two girls were the only people in the entire facility and she STILL would walk around and police us. I get that you're trying to make a couple extra dollars on food, but instead you have scared away an entire group of moms that, if you didn't have such ridiculous rules and you made the atmosphere more inviting for parents, would patron this place weekly. They have a couple of new play areas for the kids, which is nice. But I have found cockroaches here on multiple occasions. I'm just done. I'm done being policed by Carla about my coffee while I try to unwind for a couple hours with my 3 kids (btw kids are allowed their beverage... Just not adults. I could go on with all their bogus "rules" that contradict each other). From one small business owner to another, every patron counts. Think about who you're serving. Do you remember PlayLand and the Discovery Zone while growing up? This is exactly that... without the ball pit (which is totally fine with me). We usually go in the mornings for my toddler and it's not too busy. Around 12 is when the older kids arrive and they can be a bit overpowering for littles so if you've got little kids, the early mornings is your time. If your child is under 2 yo you're allowed to follow your kid around the play area and there are two toddler sections but they're free to roam around the obstacles. Employees are nice but the rule about anyone under 18 is stupid. I have a 16 year old who likes to tag along who is obviously not going to go down the slides or play in a ball pit..the better option to this is handing out bracelets for play like everywhere else does and having employees doing a sweep every so often to check and make sure people have them. This makes me miss Kids Gone Wild in Vacaville even more where they had a lot more common sense with their rules. However this is my only gripe with this place. I don't think i will renew my play pass again when i use it up because of this rule. I could see 12 and under but 18 and under is a little absurd. read more
