The other agent wasn't very cooperative but Kris was able to negotiate thoroughly and cut through red tape to get the deal done. She was professional, cooperative, easy to contact and we LOVE our new home and location. I feel confident highly recommending BHHS and Kris for your real estate transaction!

I work in commercial real estate and have spent more than 10 years working with brokers, agents, and property professionals. Ultimately, I felt that sharing my experience would help others make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, my experience with this brokerage fell well below my expectations. Communication started out well, but once my home was listed, it became increasingly difficult to receive timely responses or proactive updates. I often had to follow up multiple times just to obtain basic information about showings, feedback, or next steps. I wasn't expecting constant communication, but I did expect responsiveness and guidance throughout the listing process. I also followed several recommendations regarding marketing and presentation that, in hindsight, proved ineffective. After changing brokerages, my new agent immediately recommended staging, professional photography, video marketing, and a more proactive marketing strategy. Showing activity increased significantly after those changes were implemented. One of my biggest concerns involved the brokerage's handling of my request to shift the property's marketing focus from selling to renting as market conditions changed. I was provided information regarding Zillow's rental listing capabilities that I later confirmed was inaccurate. Because I relied on that advice, I believe the property missed valuable exposure to prospective tenants during a critical period. When I eventually raised my concerns with the supervising broker, Danielle Seals, I initially appreciated her willingness to listen. However, I ultimately did not feel my concerns were meaningfully addressed, and after following up with additional information by email, I never received a response. This review is not about the fact that my home didn't sell immediately. Markets change, and no brokerage can control that. My disappointment stems from the overall client experience--communication, marketing strategy, responsiveness, and how concerns were handled once they were raised. Every client's experience will be different, but I would encourage anyone considering this brokerage to interview multiple firms and ask detailed questions about communication, marketing plans, and broker oversight before signing a listing agreement. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brokerage.

I would like to share my experience with a listing agent at this company and the reader can draw…read moretheir own conclusions regarding the integrity of the listing agent. On a Monday morning, our realtor submitted to the Frontier listing agent an offer on a townhouse. We were told that we would receive a response from the seller within a two day period. Two days later, Wednesday, our realtor received a message from the Frontier agent that the seller had a death in the family and needed to extend the deadline by a couple of days. Two days later, Friday, the Frontier agent hadn't contacted our agent with a response from the seller regarding our offer. Therefore, that Friday evening, our agent attempted to contact the Frontier agent. Being unable to talk with him, our agent left a message. Saturday morning at 9:00 am, the Frontier agent contacted our agent and informed him that the property had been shown and the people were making an offer. Therefore, we would need to give him our best and final offer by 2:00 that afternoon. We met the four hour deadline, and as one might guess, ours wasn't the highest offer. I wonder why that would be the case.... Feeling suspicious about the events that week, we made a few inquiries. The seller did in fact have a death in the family. Coincidentally, on Wednesday, the day we received the request for an extension, an appointment was set up to show the townhouse. Coincidentally, the townhouse was shown on Friday, the day we should have heard from the Frontier agent about our offer. Saturday, the Frontier listing agent bullied us into making a blind offer with a four hour deadline. We wonder, did the Frontier agent inform the seller of our initial offer? Why was there never a response to the offer? Why was activity not suspended when we were asked to suspend our process? What was the intent to have our best and final offer in four hours when we had accommodated them over a five day period? I believe the Frontier listing agent's conduct to be, at best, unprofessional bordering on unethical. This Frontier listing agent boasts of himself and his team on his Greater Pittsburgh Real Estate blog to have high standards of professionalism and customer service/satisfaction. I've drawn my conclusion about him. I contacted Frontier's broker to register a complaint about this agent. Coincidentally, the broker is the listing agent's father. The reader can probably draw their own conclusions.

Coming…read morefrom a real estate family, I watched family members who have now passed on act with respect, empathy, professionalism and who worked for their client. Bonnie did none of these. In a world of 6+% commissions, one would think an agent would strive to earn it. We were wrong. Selling a home is stressful enough. We hoped to feel that our own agent, Bonnie, was on our side. She wasn't. She simply wanted the sale. We basically had to communicate with her assistant and other stable workers that she seems to have working on her funny farm. "Fiduciary " is not a word in her vocabulary. When the buyers asked for unreasonable things, she responded "well, I'd just give it to them". Basically, we were all alone in this process and could have hired just about anyone to do the job she did. The list is too long for a review to cover all of the "OMG" moments along the way, I would highly advise against using her. There are plenty of options out there. She may have a billboard, marketing, and a cute dog. But I have felt a more genuine feel buying a used car. Seller beware!
