Not for this branch but for bank in general below are my comments…read more I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Huntington Bank, and I can confidently say I will never bank with them again. The entire process was completely disorganized from start to finish. There was absolutely no communication between departments, and I constantly found myself having to follow up on issues that should have been resolved quickly. Every time I spoke with a different representative, I got conflicting information, which only added to the confusion. It became clear that they didn't value my time or business, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I can't imagine ever trusting Huntington Bank with my finances again. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable bank!

I've always gone through the drive through whenever I needed to deposit or withdrawal money from…read morethe bank. Not with this branch. I am greeted by name when I walk through the door. The tellers remember things I mention when making small talk. They remember my preferences and are above all pretty great people. To be honest, I don't do complicated things when I go to the bank, I haven't applied for a loan (will update when I do this...soon) or have multiple accounts. I just simply deposit and withdrawal about once or twice a week. It's never a headache and I actually enjoy walking into the bank.

Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. Long story not so short...pulled into my bank's branch and explained the situation. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Truly amazing tellers here , always willing to put in the work to get to your desired outcome !

Access is pretty good. 338 can sometimes backup and then it wouldn't matter how many egresses there were, or where they were.
