When I arrive today at about 11:50 AM, I was told it would be about a half an hour. Wait to get it because everyone was busy. After talking with the teller several times, I discovered that the person that I was waiting on was at lunch. Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day. With that all being said the ladies are nice and always smile, but AVOID this BANK unless you enjoy giving away your hard earned money and will need to visit another Bank to get the rest of the services that a traditional bank would offer.

He deceived about promotional dollars they were supposed to give me but never gave me. I actually recorded him saying they would pay me promo dollars then two weeks later recorded him again saying that wasn't true. He then lied to the corporate offices about our conversation! The bank also mistakenly charged me a variety of fees that I had to fight tooth and nail to get back. This has been the worst banking experience ever! Take your money to 5/3 or Chase!

I was told NO, until 30 days late. So, after 10 days, I get hit with full interest penalty, which I fought for a month, then they reported 30 days late to my credit! PNC Bank has really gone downhill. I should have known when our RE Agent said, by all means don't go through PNC. We have been with PNC 17 years and are ready to move to another bank. It's pretty often that I have to run errands to the Newport…read morearea, so it's great to have a bank in the are when I need to stop by and grab some cash at an ATM. It's pretty rare that I carry cash on me, but it's always the worst when you're in need and can't find an ATM. There is an ATM in the drive through and I believe also a second one that you can access by walking in (even when the lobby isn't open). The line in the drive thru has always seemed to move pretty quickly and the staff has been friendly. I'll definitely be back to this branch soon the next time I need cash!
