Great vibes bar in the Four Seasons CDMX. Seated promptly by the friendly hostess. Service was great drink recommendations are spot on. Do ask for their "secret" fairy tale menu. Food too is good. The moon stone potatoes are different but excellent. Chicken wings stuffed with Brie not so good but the fries with it are great. Just order the fries!!

When it comes to the Four Seasons, exceptional service is the standard I expect. Unfortunately, our experience at Fifty Mils fell short. Things started well with our first round of drinks and appetizers, and we were pleased with the pace. However, by the second round, the service became inconsistent, despite how straightforward it should have been. On our second round of drinks, most of us had gotten what we ordered, but after waiting 30 minutes for the last drink, it never arrived. When we mentioned this to another waiter (lord knows where our original waiter disappeared to), he brought the drink out immediately but then asked her to try it and let him know if she didn't like it--a bit of a red flag for me. That said, we loved the drinks and light bites we tried, but the service could--and should--have been impeccable.

A very elegant place to stop for a cocktail after visiting the castle. The courtyard area is spectacular and the tequila selections are impressive. Not over the top expensive when you are comparing American dollars to pesos.

One of our favorites in the trip. Great place to grab drinks with a group even if you aren't staying at the Four Seasons. The drinks were very unique and quite delicious. We all got something different but loved each one. My favorite was the el Mexicano and green bees. Everyone was super nice and attentive, not loud at all.

MOON'S STONES | Spicy potatoes cooked in chiltepín chili stock and special traditional sauce from Yucatán.

The menu is short on the food side. Heck, even the cocktail menu isn't super extensive. However, the location and service are key here. On the menu while I was visiting were MOON'S STONES - Spicy potatoes cooked in chiltepín chili stock and special traditional sauce from Yucatán. Yes, they even look like stones from the moon too. So unbelievably unique for such a simple dish. I wish I could be having them again as I am writing this. The BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS (8 UNITS) - With stout beer demiglace sauce and filled with Mexican brie cheese fondue with white wine and shallot were a delight as well. No, nothing like any kind of "chicken wing" you would think of coming from the US, but who cares? The real bonus of Fifty Mils is its location. Yes, it's in the Four Seasons, but beyond that it is located in the quiet courtyard in the middle of the hotel. CDMX disappears when you sit down enjoying the quiet, service, and tastes while relaxing to a meal and drink here.

Came here for a friend's birthday with a rather large group. We sort of trickled in over a couple hours and the staff was very accommodating and moving tables and trying to keep us together which I realize was difficult given the rain and the fact that the outdoor tables were not being used. We came for drinks and I really enjoyed the pink huichole. I also ordered a traditional paloma which was light and fresh. We ordered snacks to share and I enjoyed them all. The tacos were my favorite but we also enjoyed guacamole and croquettes. Loved the whole vibe of this place.

Fifty Mils located at the Four Seasons Hotel BILLY THE KID. Butter Fat Washed Bulleit, Zubrowka, Caramel Tea, Cinnamon & Saffron Syrup, Lime Juice, Angostura Bitter. (250.00 mxn). This is Vince's drink. The waiter used a lighter and burnt the wood next to the cup a bit to create a burning, smoking aroma so that whenever Vince dipped his head down to drink his drink, he will get a whiff of it. LA RUAH Mezcal, Green Tea with Mango Leaf Infusion, Absinthe. (300.00 mxn). I ordered this drink because it was hyped up by a friend as "the best drink ever," but I thought it was whatever. Not too impressed. There was nothing particularly special about this drink to make it a best drink ever even though I don't drink cocktails. CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE TABLE . Selection of Mexican Cheeses Accompanied by a Portion of Serrano Ham (390.00 mxn). We wanted to try Mexican cheeses! They were very good! Typical charcuterie board. BUGS BUNNY. Tanqueray Ten, Carrot Juice, Lemongrass Syrup, Lime Juice, Tres Chiles Bitter, Perfumed with Fernet (250.00 mxn). Now THIS drink is THE drink to get! I don't like carrot juice, but oh my, this carrot cocktail makes me want to gulp the whole drink in one go! It tasted so good. It was just so bright and refreshing. The deep orange color was inviting. MARCO XII. Macallan 12 infused with Macadamia Nut, Caramelized Nut and Orange Essential Oil with Angostura Bitter (320.00 mxn). Eww I didn't like this drink. It was like an Old Fashioned. Pros: -located in the Four Seasons Hotel -very nice and clean loungey chairs -outdoor music -indoor and outdoor seating -spectacular bar -amazing menu of drinks -free peanuts -friendly service Cons: -I am not a local here to hard to say but none as a tourist!

Swanky hotel bar inside the Four Seasons. Cocktails are lovely. There's something for everyone on the menu- Don Negroni (smoky), Adelle (boozy and a bit sweet), Lola Bunny (too pretty to drink, too delicious to skip). Recommend!

Fifty Mils at the Four Seasons is an excellent space for a drink and bites in the evening. The location is stunning, service impeccable, and drinks delicious. They have quite a few unique cocktails to suit any one's taste and a full bar for those that know exactly what they like. The space is off the central courtyard and simultaneously feels connected and like a retreat from the buzz and energy just outside the door. It was so amazing to sit through the pouring rain drinking cocktails and talking with the bar staff.

Loved this bar! Was nervous at first because it was inside the fancy hotel and felt sort of stuffy with its furniture choices, but those drinks really shined. It has a small cocktail menu that's just a teensy bit more expensive than other bars but in my opinion completely worth it. Deliciously fun drinks! Since it's in a fancy hotel, the bathrooms were also really nice - they had towels!!

Wow amazing ! Top fifty in the world. They open at six pm and I recommend be the first to get in because they fill up. The la ruah drink was delicious! They give complementary nuts. Cute hotel and fun picture spots. Super friendly!

Incredible bar perhaps the best I have ever been to. If you like insects and things on fire in your drink this is the place.

Well on the night before we left,we finally squeezed this bar into our itinerary and man, am I glad we did. This bar was so freaking cool. The ambiance felt great-there was an energy in the room. The staff was so awesome,so friendly-they offered to make us anything we wanted, even drinks that were not on the menu. They would ask us, what type of cocktails we liked, what liquors, what we didn't like and just come up with a drink on the spot-they were a very impressive staff.I also liked how they would make drinks as a team, one person did one part of it, then passed it to another person who would handle another part,by the time it got to us , the entire team had a hand in making our drinks-it was kinda odd but amusing at the same time. The crowd was definitely touristy as I didn't see very many locals at this bar ,though did run into a woman traveling on business from Sacramento and I thought that was just the most random thing ever. I think the coolest part of this bar on this visit was about halfway through our time there, the bartender asked if we wanted to see their "speakeasy" in the back of the bar-so he took us in the back and stopped us at this kind of nondescript door and opened it and it took us to a speakeasy in the back that contained the bar's rarest alcohols and another bar that was totally isolated from the main bar-was a really cool experience. In closing, If you ever find yourself in the Roma Norte district of Mexico City, I highly recommend visiting Limantour bar and ask them to take you to the speakeasy-it's an awesome experience. PS-I almost forgot, just to validate my feelings on this bar-they have won a Top 50 bar award globally for like the last 5 years straight-a very special spot and a must visit in the bar scene in Roma Norte.

I say seated with parenthesis because most people end up standing here but we got lucky that a couple was leaving as we were right next to them after being asked our drink orders. It's kind of a weird system that they have and I think the staff didn't realize we didn't have our drink orders taken yet and asked the people behind us for theirs which was slightly annoying. It was a bit chaotic so I can see why it happened, but I do think they need a slightly better system. Anyways, the drinks were excellent and I love that they gave us a little small snack that included crickets (which I hadn't tried before yet). The vibes in here are really nice too. I love the dim lighting and the almost rock/clay atmosphere. The bathroom area is smaller than I was expecting but it was ok. I'd definitely return!

There are no seats, this is a standing bar except a few uncomfortable bar stools. Drinks were good, but I expected more. I got the colada and it was good, not too sweet. Almost clarified colada. The beautiful space, elegant gold accents, and prohibition-era design create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Every detail of the room is thoughtfully decorated, and sitting across from the bar was the perfect spot to watch the bartenders work their magic. The cocktails were exceptional--every drink was beautifully crafted, balanced, and memorable. My first drink, the Butter Mushroom Old Fashioned, was outstanding. Bold, smooth, rich, and incredibly well balanced. It's one of those cocktails that makes you slow down and appreciate every sip. The Mexi Thai was the biggest surprise of the night. It's bright, citrusy, and savory with flavors that reminded me of Tom Yum soup, yet it never stopped feeling like a refined, expertly crafted cocktail. Creative without being gimmicky. And then there was the Cookies & Cream cocktail. Absolutely delicious. It was so good that I could have happily ordered it all night. The service matched the quality of the drinks. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and attentive. My water was always refilled before I had to ask, and someone was always nearby when we wanted to order another cocktail without ever feeling intrusive. We intended to continue bar hopping afterward, but the drinks here were so impressive that we stayed longer than planned. If you only have time to visit one cocktail bar in Mexico City, make it Handshake Speakeasy. It's an unforgettable experience and absolutely lives up to the hype.

My highlights were the welcome of every one of their team as you walk in and the goodbye you get. I also liked that they gave you towel to wipe your hands. The drinks were a bit lackluster. Not the crafted cocktails I was looking for. The dim lighting, bubbles for birthdays and friendly service was what I loved. The drinks left me wanting more. Worth going once to see if it's your vibe.
