They have a nutritionist on site, a meal prep service that keeps meals stocked there, and monthly challenges to help you work on skills. There's a lululemon store on site as well. They have a consistency club that challenges members to be consistent with attendance and offers prizes and stickers. They also have other events at the gym for charity. The space is massive and it stays clean! The coaches truly are top notch. I've been to many CrossFit gyms but this one is by far my absolute favorite. But it was raining on the morning of the outdoor yoga class, so it was moved indoors to the Breathe studio. That turned out to be A-OK, because I got to practice in their gorgeous studio. It's so calm and inviting. And our instructor, Teresa, was a delight. She led us through an easy flow that included lots of twists and eagle poses. The flow was accessible to everyone, and there were people of all levels practicing together. It was my first class at Breathe, and I felt completely welcome. Yoga people are my people, and it was obvious I was among my people. The class was beautiful and just what I needed. I do love practicing yoga outdoors, so I'll have to sign up for another outdoor yoga class with Breathe in the future. They offer them occasionally during the summer.

There were only 3 reformers there but i did appreciate that it was a small class, who wants to embarrass themselves in front of a large group?! Our instructor(Adrian?)was super nice and took her time explaining everything and ensuring our comfort. Bonus points for respecting personal boundaries and asking if we were comfortable with physical corrections/guidance. I thought "oh that wasn't so bad" but definitely felt it a couple days later. But you can't even get inside the building in the morning if you go before 10 since the key card door doesn't like to work for everyone at 4 in the morning. A lot of wasted time to pay 45 bucks a month to only get access to the gym when staff is in the building. 24 HOURS . Yeah right .... As a member for a few months I don't appreciate it at all.

Mr. Smith has been my coach for five years or so and I went from only being able to touch my shins to now stretching and being able to put my hands under my feet when I stretch. I had originally started tkd as a parent, simply watching. I loved the message Mr. Smith gave the kids about working hard and focusing mind, body and soul. This is what my child needed - a way to burn off excess energy, as well as focus. After attending several classes as a parent, I decided I needed to join as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! Mr. Smith provides a great workout, fantastic instruction and support as you grow through tae Kwon do. I encourage you to not only enroll your kids, but yourself, as well. I've always been a runner, but this helps with balance, flexibility and core strength, many of the things we "older" people are encouraged to work on as we age. I asked the director about this and expressed my discomfort with the guns in the school. The director confirmed that she had give permission to certain parents to carry their guns in the school, and she had no intention to tell them to stop. The GUN FREE ZONE sign was removed from the door of the preschool they are no longer being deceptive about not allowing guns in the school.
