Updated review: I wouldn't recommend this company for biweekly maintenance. We worked with Fortino and his team for about eight months, starting from the initial clean-up. Although they consistently showed up for scheduled visits, the attention to detail was lacking. Each visit lasted max ten minutes, and the work performed was minimal--primarily leaf cleanup, mowing, and basic shrub trimming. Weed control is listed as an included service, but this was not done consistently. In several instances, I was informed that weed control had been completed when it hadn't, which I confirmed through my exterior security cameras. Communication was also slow and often unresponsive; I frequently had to send follow-up texts just to get a reply. Ultimately, we have decided to discontinue the service. read more

From the beginning, I was assured everything was set up properly and functioning as it should. Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth. Said contractor then handed my business over to Willow glen gardening - this wasn't an ask - it was a demand - my business went to Willow glen gardening whether I asked for it or not . The two of these guys clearly have. A system. Shortly after installation, all of the plants began to die. I reached out multiple times asking him to come back and check the irrigation, and each time I was told everything was "working fine." Meanwhile, every single plant they installed has since died. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and follow-through. Getting him to come back out has been nearly impossible--just excuse after excuse with no resolution. I was also sold on a "premium maintenance service," which ended up being extremely misleading. The crew would show up briefly, blow debris around, and leave. There was no pruning, no real care, and clearly no attention to the health of the plants. At this point, I've lost all of the landscaping I paid for and have no recourse. The irrigation hose in front of our house had a huge gash in it that caused water to flood into the street early, every morning. We might not have even noticed it had a walker-by not knocked on our door to let us know. I called Geovanni and asked if he could come help. He told me he'd normally charge $100 for a visit, but since it was such a small job, he'd send someone for free. How generous of him! Freddy came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the hose. There were a couple drip irrigation emitters that were lost or had come undone, and he replaced/fixed them without question. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I did not want to have to leave this review but have no choice now. I hired Willow Glen Gardening to fix my sprinklers earlier this year. Geovanni came and said I needed my valves replaced. I paid them $1,375 to replace all valves but almost immediately started having problems with them. Long story short, it hasn't even been a year and now my entire sprinkler system does not work, my lawn is dead, and I probably have several hundred dollars worth of tree trimming fees due because so many have died. The worst part is the complete lack of responsiveness from Geovanni regarding his work. Despite giving me a warranty, whenever I had problems it took weeks of begging, cajoling, and pestering just to get him to send someone to fix his work. See attached text message chain. Responsive and Fast! A ground squirrel bit into one of my irrigation lines. I called Geo at 4pm and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later. Gave me a quote and had his guy out the next morning. He fixed and checked the line. The next day one of my in-law's sprinklers went down. They called Geo and he happened to be nearby and was at their house in 10 minutes. His guy came out on a Saturday morning and fixed the line. A few months later my sprinklers had low water pressure.
