I decided to stop here one morning to see what the fuss was about. I'm now a huge fan! I tried the Cocolada drink! It was awesome! I went to work and made everyone else try it there! I went through the drive-through and it did take awhile to get through. I thought that was strange for a place that really only serves drinks and cookies! The cookies are OK, nothing to sing about. Specialized Soda. I always love to go here for the diner feel, and the social aspects. Could you make these at home? Most of them, yes. But should you go and get an actual Fiiz drink? Also yes. They aren't a bad price and the macarons are delicious. My favorite drinks are the kids sizes since they are always so cute! The staff is friendly--if you've never been they can make recommendations. There are several soda shops in our area, but this one is our favorite. Lines can get long, but I can't say I'm surprised. It's that good.

Nice concept. Drinks we ordered were ok. Service was lousy. Maybe the girl behind the counter needed more training. She took our order then turned around to talk to another worker that came in to take care of the ice. She told us our drinks would be brought to us, so we sat on a bench off to the side to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. While we waited, some girls came in and ordered. Then a boy. The gal serving us made two drinks for them, that she gave the girls and the boy for free, asking if they wanted to try them. Then she made two of the girls' drinks that they had actually ordered. Another server came in and picked up our order and asked the girl about it, and the girl told her she was taking care of it, so the other server left and went back to helping at the drive thru. By then we had been waiting over ten minutes for two small drinks. I went up and asked if our order had been forgotten. She told me that she was making them right then. Then she walked over made another drink, and handed it to the girls that came in after us. It might not have been so bad, except it was obvious she knew the girls and was trying to impress them, constantly stopping to talk to them and ask them how things tasted, if they liked the drinks, etc. The second server came over again and saw us still waiting, asking the first again if she needed help. The girl at that point finally made one of our drinks, and asked the other girl to make the other drink. Took them less than 2 minutes. I think 20 minutes is a bit excessive for a stop for a couple of drinks that took so little time to make. I won't go back or recommend it unless you have a lot of time to waste, and don't mind watching employees giving out extra free drinks to their friends after you've paid for your order. Drinks we ordered weren't worth the time. My daughter says she had much faster service by a different employee when she went on another occassion, but in my opinion, customer service shouldn't be hit or miss. read more

This place is ridiculous. The wait time is insane, we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. The Drinks are ok but I'd rather drive to Swig. They don't seem to be in any hurry. How can it take so long to make a drink. I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and drive to Swig in Bountiful; you could make it to bountiful and back in less time then it takes to go through the drive-thru. read more

I love Fiiz in Bountiful, go there all the time. This one is Kaysville is ridiculous! I've been there twice now and both times I've been sitting in the drive thru for at least a half hour, and the line is not that long! I frequent the Layton one and am rarely disappointed. The past 3 times I have been to the Kaysville location I have been extremely disappointed. The past 2 times I have found a hair in my cookie, accidents happen, I get that, but twice? And the time before that my Coke was horrible. The syrup to soda mixture seems to be very cheaply done. The cookies aren't bad, but definitely nothing to write home about. What frosting is on there, always comes off in the bag. And why are the cookies/cupcakes refrigerated? Any good baker knows that putting goods in the fridge dries them out. Maybe that is just their thing, but it's not good. Also, the drive through line is insanely slow, I usually go there when my small babies are in the car, otherwise it would just be faster to go inside. I usually love to come in to fiiz, I mostly go to bountiful and they are an amazing bunch. Tonight however my daughter, her friend, and I stopped by kaysville. To say I was unimpressed by their customer service is an understatement. The friend knew most of the people working and waved politely. Soon the girl working window who had a tag saying manager may I add went to get the cookies the girls had asked for. When she did this she walked over and began to converse with a taller blonde girl and a brunette. They pointed towards our vehicle and started to giggle. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know they were obviously gossiping about the girl in my car. Then one ducked down as if she was hiding from us. I usually don't post reviews, especially negative ones and my daughters friend who seemed to be nearing tears asked me not to but I feel as if the owners should be aware that their staff is a gossipy group and that it's appalling.
