You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. So far I am satisfied with my laptop computer and if I run into an issue I can always call him and he'll do his best to help - obviously within reason.

Francois is not human. He's a superman, a data recovery god. After my dad poured 4 glasses of water directly onto the MacBook Air, drenching the hard drive, Francois came to the rescue and helped me save my life's work. Apple said it would be almost impossible to restore the hard drive and salvage data, and they would have charged twice the amount Francois charged just for trying. Francois came to my house, picked up the laptop, worked through the night and the next few days, updating me every few hours, and managed to recover all of the data. Then he dropped it off again at my house and reviewed the data with me to make sure everything was captured. He's the best guy in the Bay Area for this kind of work. Francois fixed my Mac for literally 1/6 of what Apple was charging me to fix it. He was always very upfront about all operations.
