I brought it in, they tested it and it was faulty and they were gonna recover the data. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing I called and they said they dont have my hardrive and never heard of me. They ghosted me, never returned my calls and The customer service is lowest quality. I am taking legal matters now. I have proof that they accepted my hardddive and I have video and witnesses of when I dropped it off. I have also talked to some friends in the Missoula area that have had bad experiences with them.
