Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end…read more I have been putting off something I needed to do for sometime. I needed to get a living trust done. One can never be too prepared. I searched in Yelp for a law firm that can do this for me. Among the five law firms that were suggested by Yelp Mike Yee from Yee Law Group was the one who responded first. Mind you, this was on a Saturday where most law offices are closed. Mike was responsive with great follow-through. He answered many of my questions, he was professional and nice and from that communication I agreed to a free consultation. I did inquire with two other firms but Mike had the most reasonable rates. Their main office is on Land Park in Sacramento but I found out that they also have a convenient location right here in Roseville just 5 mins from my work. I was at a lost when I found out I had to review my father's Will. The quantity of language, coupled with ambiguous words made it difficult to decipher. He offered his services, but I had already consulted with a different attorney and got all my questions answered. He apologized again and said if I ever needed anything again, to please don't hesitate to call and ask to speak to him directly. He was very sincere and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have mixed feelings about our experience here, it wasn't bad and what we needed done got done…read more But I felt like I got sorta ripped off by a car salesman at the end. I'll explain what I mean... Positives: He had lots of availability and was responsive. Used ARAG benefits from work and it was seamless. We wanted to do estate planning due to having a new baby and didn't really know what to do. Eddie helped us get all affairs in order and explained what we wanted. Most stuff we did over phone and email. It started with a phone call then we filled out a questionnaire which he used to populate the legal documents. He had us read them over and then come in for signing in his office. Negatives: In retrospect, I think we did more than we really wanted or needed as he could charge for every unique item/document drawn (ie: we wanted a trust and will and minor gaurdianship, but ended up with POA, HIPAA, remains wishes, etc for all 3 of us). Aside from the feeling that we got more documents made just so he could bill more, the other reasons for low stars were because they only have a Granite Bay location and our in person experience was less professional than I expected. The other offices listed on his website aren't real, or at least you can't go to them. That was a bait and switch as we specifically chose him due to Rocklin office being so convenient and made this known in my initial email that we wanted this location. Only after completing everything did we find out we had to go to Granite Bay for signing which is the only in person step. Maybe not a big deal but with a newborn it's added stress to deal with a 30 minute drive each way. The Granite Bay office is basically a room in his house with a table and computer. His wife is his witness and notary. She cost us another $500 cash for her part. We didn't shop around but in retrospect I'd guess this is pricey and you may be better off with another attorney. Between her fees and all the add on documents, it felt like we were getting uncharged as much as possible. Additionally, his wife notary was unprofessional honestly, dressed in athletic clothing. Finally ghe in person vibes were pretty slimey, felt like cattle getting a rehearsed speech and then need to fork over $500 for their 20 minutes of time and signatures. Overall, we accomplished our goal but probably paid more and had to drive further than we wanted. Would go with a different attorney in the future.
