Not only were the terms of the Trust not followed, the firm broke the law on several occasions, mismanaged the money, and refused to distribute the money to the beneficiary. What should have lasted 20-30 years minimum, was blown by the firm in a short 7 years. I was given approximately 25% of the total left for me as well has years of stress and frustration having to deal with all of the staff. Morals and ethics comparable to rats.
