This can add up pretty quick if you can do it yourself. There's a sports bar next door and free wifi if you do wait around.

Pricing: 2.50 for a wash 1.25 for anything from the vending thing (even if it claims less -- the cake is a lie -- as are the vending prices) Drying is a toss up. .25 will get you spinning for a few minutes. Bathroom is available as is a small parking lot.
