What I loved was that when I went to pick it up, the attendant pulled my coat up, explained that there were a few spots that they hadn't been able to clean to satisfaction, showed me where, and then they deducted $4 from my cost. I left with a still beautifully clean coat that they hadn't destroyed in the effort to get it "perfect." That's such a consideration, and tells me that they actually care about the end result. Will definitely bring in a few other things I need cleaned professionally soon.

There is no on-site staff, so you have to call a number, but no one answers, so you leave a message and are given no indication whether anyone will respond or how long it will take. It's an incredibly halfass way to run a business. No one ever showed up to help, but the washer unlocked itself after awhile. The locals we talked to disliked the place, but it's the only option in town. On the plus side, it's a clean place, the plants they've got out are nice, and there's free wifi.
