Please help! My bed sheets and work uniform are currently stuck in a washing machine that is filled with water, locked, not running and displaying an error message. I've spent 30 min trying to get the door unlocked and called the company phone many times but couldn't even leave a message. Hopefully someone will read this and tell me how to get my stuff back so I can sleep on sheets tonight and avoid getting in trouble at work for not wearing my uniform. I would not recommend doing your wash here unless it's something that you don't mind loosing and are ok with it smelling like mildew after being left soaking in the washer for too long. read more

This place is absolutely horrible washing machines don't even fill up with water. My clothes are still filthy. The water didn't drain out of one of them. I've wasted money. I've wasted my time. There's nobody here to talk to you about it. You can't even use the bathroom., I have to take a piss and I'm about to piss in the garbage can place a filthy mess. I bought soap at $1.25 a pack and it didn't give me soap. I have to take a chance of leaving my stuff in the washing machines so I can use the bathroom. This place just sucks do not come here do not waste your money. I'm grateful to have washed some clothes, even if Merry's doesn't seem like so merry a place to be. I can honestly say I've never seen a laundromat with quite so many warnings to not even think about folding your clothes. This is probably Covid related (hopefully). So, I can look past this, even if a bit off-putting. The one cleaning rag in the place looks like IT could use a wash. Also, the first dryer I used didn't really work. Pricing: 2.50 for a wash 1.25 for anything from the vending thing (even if it claims less -- the cake is a lie -- as are the vending prices) Drying is a toss up. .25 will get you spinning for a few minutes. Bathroom is available as is a small parking lot. read more

I only recently began using laundromats in general, as I've always had a place with units in it. However, my girlfriend went to this one last week and didn't enjoy the experience as a group of lowlifes were in an out of the place for the entire 2 hours she was there, sitting at the table outside smoking, even though it is clearly noted that smoking is prohibited. I met her there after my shift at work and we tag teamed folding the laundry to get out of there expeditiously. I went back myself this week, and was the only person there for some time, but after my wash cycles were over (I used three of the machines), I loaded my laundry into the sole cart they have and began the drying process...I put 71 minutes worth of quarters into the dryers I chose, and started them up. After they had run their cycle, and I had stood there throughout (no seats in the place), I opened each dryer and realized that my laundry was still SOAKED. I put another 46 minutes worth of quarters in, hoping it would make a difference, but after that too was over, I was met with the same wet clothing. There are signs everywhere asking the customers to clean the place up, and at least one of the washing machines has junk coating the bottom of it. There is no attendant or personnel present, at all...so you can't even seek assistance or let them know of issues. I feel utterly robbed right now, as all of my work clothing is sopping wet still, and I had to hang it over the doors, the shower curtain-rod, and the doorknobs of my place on returning... I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever, even for the smallest of laundry needs. All of my clothing is wet, will likely end up wrinkled, and I'm out of $20 for what amounted to an exercise in futility and frustration because of this place. To the owner/manager: Maintain your machines, service them properly, and ensure they are in working order. It is not overly-complicated! read more

This place has had a huge upgrade since Grimebusters closed. They bought their dryers so now they have the best dryers in town that easily dry a triple load in 35-40 minutes. New laundry carts that are the best I have ever seen. Place is clean, well-kept and they even have the clock that makes bird sounds that used to be in Grimebusters lol - also, LaDonna is there running a drop-off laundry and ironing service six days a week. read more

Easily the best laundromat I've been to in a while. Clean. Nice paint with pictures on the wall. Higher end carts with coated metal and scooped side to make it easier to reach for clothes. A nice restroom. Nice/new picnic tables out front with the flower pots. And a nicely hand painted and artistically done coffee can for cigarette butts. A steady stream of customers--- seems like all the machines are working to me. read more

I'm not usually a Yelp person, but I had to create an account to save anyone else from the hassle and frustration that this place will cause. I have used many other laundromats in the Missoula area for the last 2+ years (Sparkle, Green Hanger, Grimebusters, Super Wash) and landed at this one thinking it would be convenient for my errands that day. First of all, most of the machines (washers and dryers) are broken. The ones that aren't broken should be relabelled. Two dryers could not handle the loads and flashed the E15 error signal. I definitely did not overload the dryer and I even tested it by taking almost everything out and trying again... no luck. There weren't many other options to try because the place looked half gutted with all the broken machines and 'out of order' signs. Don't even think about getting your money back because there is no attendant on staff. I ended up taking my wet clothes and going to a different laundromat to dry them. read more

While the all-knowing internet claims this quaint little laundromat as a 24-hour option, really Missoula's only last remaining facility that is open past 10pm (so props there). I unwittingly trusted google as many of us can nowadays. I was pleased to find the place open and willing to clean my dirty things. There were no other humans on the premises when I arrived and the location has surveillance cameras all about with signs alerting you to the fact. Clearly they are not watched closely. I'm standing there happily folding my second-to-last load of laundry just a few minutes before midnight and BAM- ALL the lights go out including the "open" sign. WTF. I start hopping around like a fool and yelling hello, hoping to trigger a motion-activated light or some such to no avail. I'm really glad we keep a camping lantern in our car, so I went out and grabbed it. I spent the next 45 minutes finishing my folding by lantern light, including unloading my final dryer load and folding it as well. I heard a loud, metallic "chunk" about 10 minutes after the lights went out which I assumed were the doors locking me in. Luckily there is a "press for exit" button on the wall. However, had I not had my lantern, I wouldn't have been able to see it. I propped the doors open, removed my belongings, and returned the facility's carts inside before closing the door. It is only available to you 24 hours if you bring a light and are in before midnight. o.o Another poo- the "high-capacity" washers that are twice as much as the standard machines only hold one more towel than the standards. Don't waste your money unless you really only have that one item that won't fit. Use the smaller machines. A lot of the dryers were out of order and one of the washers ate 50 cents. Overall though, it's nice to have someplace open later than the rest and it's not too shabby. A little dirty, but it's a laundromat. Oh, and if you use their bathroom there's no hand soap. It has all you need for laundering your clothes though- yay! Just guna say- of all the things I enjoy doing in the dark- laundry is NOT one of them hahahaha! Terrible. Over the past year, this facililty has robbed me of about $50 - either from personal use or helping others who were also robbed. I've called at least ten times - been very kind & respectful - with no response. Machines are not properly maintained and/or cleaned. "Out of Order" machines are not labeled. Prices are not posted, which means you must first pay at least a quarter before you find out. Seems that with all of the money this place is stealing, they could at least afford to maintain the machines. Sadly, this is my best (or only?) option due to a number of circumstances. I wonder for how many others the same is true? And how many others were just passing through? This is a crime ... theft by taking. Beginning today, I'm on a mission. read more

Don't count on leaving with dry clothes. Several machines swallowed my money and functioned unpredictably. One of them got my clothes nearly dry, and when I tried to add more time, it decided to stop working. Several others swallowed my test quarter and then refused to operate. When I called the posted "emergency" numbers, the only assistance offered was to travel across town to another business be reimbursed.
