I count 17 washers out of order and 9 dryers. Then when you score a machine bad server and can not get machine to take money off card. Not one person even looking at a machine to fix and it's day time and mid week. Sad. I've been coming here for 40 years. Never again. Shame on them read more

Bummer. Dropped off a fox fur coat to be mended. Said np, 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks later and they said it wasn't done. Month later I called, and they said they couldn't do it. Unreliable contracts with seamstress. No call to let me know, or information about capabilities at drop off. Did talk to a manager after. They "sometimes" have a waiver for "high end products", which was never disclosed or offered to me. Bad business.​ read more

If you like your clothes, you may want to rethink where you send them! My laundry was given back to me without a brand new pair of pants and a good shirt. The management refuses to return my phone calls. I have talked to three clerks four different times and have yet to have management return a phone call or act like they're going to help me. Every time I bring dress shirt it or jackets in which is about every two weeks they are returned to me in perfect condition and often times I get them back 2 to 3 days in advance of the date scheduled for pickup! Probably the cleanest laundromat in Missoula, but.... Attendants are NOT very friendly. There used to be some friendly ones, but I went there recently to drop off some laundry because our drier was broke, and absolutely ZERO friendliness or politeness, let alone customer service. Maybe they just hate doing laundry, but I know they get paid well. $2/load for drop off laundry. Getting pretty steep! I dropped off less than a weeks worth of laundry and it was $14. And their driers kind of leave a burnt smell to your clothes, whether you do it there or drop it off. *Hint, don't worry about quarters, or even cash. They can run your credit card and give you cash to put on one of their cards. read more

What a relief to find a good laundry facility where their workers are constantly cleaning , while wearing a mask and they are courteous and helpful it was also nice to see everyone wearing a mask and everyone cleaning. Only 10 people allowed in there at a time but it's not that busy either time i've been here. Plus they offer free laundry detergent , dryer sheets, sanitizer and Disinfecting wipes! We used the wash, dry and fold service here recently. Price is reasonable and they do a nice job with the fold. Will use them again in the future. Easy access too since they have the drop off on the back of the building. Person on drop off was helpful and the gal I picked the laundry up from was friendly and helpful. read more

Droped off a wool suit after a wedding and picked it up a few days later. Went to put it on a couple months later and it was seriously shrunk. Arms and legs 2-3" shorter etc. No worries, this stuff happens right? Took it back and explained the situation the the attendant and her response was a very rude "our most experienced employee did that suit and she does not make mistakes". A bit of civil arguing ensued as I was a bit baffled by the argument that they have a perfect employee incapable of making mistakes so it must have been me that shrunk the suit! The owner/manager was out of town so left my contact info and called back a few times with no returned calls etc. ended up paying for the cleaning and donating the suit to the YWCA. read more

$4.50 a wash? Seems a little steep, and the "triple-sized" washers are no larger than my standard machine, but I'm already here and the laundry is in the machines, so.... instructions say insert coins.... coin slot bolted over with steel plate. The grifters who run this place wants to lock in my money with a magnetic card, so that they can squeeze out a little more cash on top of the steep prices. Insulting and obnoxious, but I need clean socks toda. Card machine rejects newish local Visa/Debit several times. Collect dirty laundry from machines, leave. Will never set foot in the miserable Green Hanger again. read more

Every time I wash here, my clothes come out speckled with other people's grime. This last time though was pretty bad. I have a lot of black clothing and it was all covered in white stuff. Not lint but what looked like dirt. I pulled on the barrell of the washing machine to find what exactly was ALL OVER all of my newly washed clothes. ( picture included) I then checked the other machines. They were all dirty. When I brought it up to the manager he said he didn't know what I was talking about and had never had a complaint before rather than offering me a free wash or telling me he would take care of it. He went on to insinuate that I was making it all up. My face turned red and I showed him the picture and told him, humiliated that this was really poor customer service. He then told me snarkily that I should probably go somewhere else then. I let him know I would be writing this review. Not just poor customer service, but downright insulting from the owner and really dirty machines! Not to mention the gal working there wasn't any better. Am I some nasty person who deserved this? No: I'm a clean, nice well spoken 31 year old. He and the employee working there seemed to have forgotten that my (customer) coming in and using the services is paying their wages. read more

I washed a cream colored wool rug in one of the large drum washers at the Broadway location. It came out with a 3inch diameter bright green stain! The attendant was completely apathetic and said I must have accidentally put something green in there with the rug! There is no way that happened. It was the only item I washed. She didn't even look at the machine and just said I should try bleach to get it out. I will never go back. The bleach didn't work and the the rug is ruined. read more

This laundromat is very clean and quick. Those are about the only positives. The people who work here are absolutely disgusting in their behavior. They talk very loudly about inappropriate things including their "nipples being chapped". I have been listening to this for weeks now. However they took it to whole new inappropriate level this time. A upset customer came in and his item was not done being dry cleaned. He was irritated but left fairly quickly. Once he left one of the employees shouted "that fucker is lucky we even help him!" I couldn't believe my ears. Her rant went on to include how rude this customer was and how much he irritated her. Another employee agreed and began to say she doesn't care who he is and how many cars he has. I couldn't believe they were talking about a customer this way so loudly for the entire laundromat to hear. I was blown away then they went on to talk about another woman they hated and how glad they are she doesn't come here anymore. Customer service is obviously not their priority and their behavior is absolutely repulsive. read more
