A local business owner that I've known for years recommended this shop after I purchased a Toyota 4Runner and wanted to do some suspension work and wheels/tires. Stopped in early on a Saturday, and met the owner, and discussed my needs. Together, we came to a solid solution and I felt comfortable ordering the wheels from a Toyota-specific wheel maker, and having them shipped there. Points for them allowing me to have wheels they didn't order shipped to their location. They ordered me a set of tires (priced competitively) and the lift components I needed (at twice the price of Amazon.) They lower their labor rate for parts they supply. I dropped my truck off a few days in advance of my appointment for tire mount and balance, suspension lift, and an alignment. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, the owner called me and advised that there were some stuck bolts that prevented a perfect alignment, that would take a week or so to get in and replace. I requested that as long as the truck was driving straight and didn't have any further alignment issues, I'd handle it at a later date, due to an upcoming deployment. No problems there, they were fine with it, as I accepted the possibility of and liability for any tire wear issues. I pick the truck up, and drive it 1/4 mile down the road, and the steering wheel is completely canted by 15*. I immediately turn around and take it back and advise of the issue. The guy at the desk, is like, "Oh, they didn't straighten the steering wheel?? They're always supposed to do that." I"m just like, no, obviously not. He goes and checks with the mechanic, who starts making some excuses about not doing it because the truck would be coming back later for more alignment work. What the hell kind of incompetence is that? Why would I pay $70 for an alignment after putting $2200 worth of parts/labor into my truck just to drive it around with a crooked steering wheel? It's not like I requested they put the suspension in the truck and hope it drives straight. I PAID for an alignment. Align the thing to the best of your abilities. Don't half-ass it. So, I give them the truck back, and it's supposed to be complete before they close at 6. They break their alignment machine. It has to be taken to another shop down the road for an alignment the next morning. I call the next day to get an ETA on when it would be completed, and get told I'd get an update ASAP. Second call, and it's just there waiting on me to pick it up. The best part? The Ford dealer made a substantial correction to the alignment that the Film by Eleven guys did in the first place, in addition to providing a straight steering wheel. No real apology for the complications, time wasted getting out there, or hassle of keeping it there for another night when I went to pick it up. They will not be touching my truck again, which sucks, because I was really hoping they'd be my go-to location for a real suspension overhaul following my upcoming deployment. read more

Poor customer service. Nice looking store. I went in there looking for some bushings for a relocation bracket since my truck has a 6-inch lift. I explained to the representative that I had a relocation bracket because of my lift however he pulled up the OEM part that I had already spoken about. he pretty much told me if I didn't know the exact lift kit that he couldn't help me. I imagine in a shop like this with experience it's not too hard to walk outside and take a look with the naked eye and see how the kit works. All I was looking for was either advice or to buy a bushing. if I was that representative I would have walked out with me and tried to take a look at it, because I know a good customer service is. now what I will have to do is go home and drop my torsion bars just to check out what kind of bushing I have. This will also include renting a torsion bar drop removal tool. I'm fine with doing the work myself however with the local business like this I expect more knowledge. read more

I went in to get my Accord's windows tinted and the man at the counter quoted me an hour and a half tops for the work. Needless to say five hours went by and finally my car was finished. The refused to even acknowledge they were in the wrong. I would not recommend this place unless you have a back up plan for leaving your vehicle there. read more

Got my car windows tint and they put the legal percentage but they decided to go with a clear version of paper without asking and when I complain they didn't fix it.. they give out wrong quotes and always they take for ever to do something simple. And they charge you an arm and a leg. Because they charge per hour spend or labor extra. Will never go back! read more

I have ussed these people several times and have always had good courteous service. On my last trip there they were authorized to spend up to $300 to fix a break problem. They fixed what as needed and not what was not and only charged me $180. Yeah I am a fan. read more

They tint like 150 or more cars a year and have a handful with issues. I would not trust anywhere else for window tint, I have had 6 cars done and they always do it excellent and on time. They have done my truck bed covers, I always go there for best tire price. Hands down the best bunch of people I have had privilege of using for accessories. Two thumbs up! read more

If you're looking for people who care about your car, don't go here. Spent 4 hours for regular tint to be put on, not to mention the damage they caused to my windows. If you do go here, thoroughly inspect the work done afterwards and watch them carefully as they apply it. read more

I was very pleased today when I came in to have my DVD player replaced under warranty as it had a malfunction. I was fully prepared to spend an hour or more and had brought things to work on. I was out in under 30 minutes with a new DVD player and no hasle. Rocky did a great and efficient job on the install and the guys at the counter were friendly and helpful. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to this being the second time I have had this DVD player replaced in the last 9 months when I purchased the vehicle with player in place. I blame that on the manufacturer and hope this time it lasts awhile. My husband has had sever things done at Film at Eleven and will continue to use there services! read more

Avoid this place. Was not even acknowledged when I walked in. Waited at counter, was skipped over by salesman to help another gentleman that came in. Waited a few more minutes, got frustrated, left with a burnout. read more
