Been here multiple times for numerous things. First time I…read morewent to get my horn on my car diagnosed. It took them 2 hours to get any answer back to me as I waited in front of them in the middle of the store. They finally found out what was wrong and I gave them my insurance. They called a few days later about what my insurance/ warranty would cover. They wanted me to buy a clockspring and the new horns- horns I understand especially since my warranty would cover it but the clockspring I was told when I was actually in the store wouldn't need to be changed. While on the phone and they told me I'd have to replace it I told the gentleman I wouldn't have to he was dumbfounded even though HE was the one who told me I wouldn't need it! I eventually got my car fixed with just the horns and all was fine! I just went today for their "essentials" package which was just a oil, lube, filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. I got there at 10:45 for my 11:00 appointment. I went to the waiting area and saw a few other people. Some people kept coming in after me too. I'm not expecting it too be too quick with a lot of people there but it's just an oil change and a few other things- that's where they should make their quick bucks, right.... Well over an hour and a half went by before I got any word on my vehicle, mean while people who came in AFTER me were already LEAVING. I ended up waiting another hour, no idea what was being done in that time. I spent almost two hours and forty minutes for that service. At the end I got my bill for $115. I knew my car is a little more expensive, I'll give them that, but I got a 10% discount for being military and only got $3 off my bill? This dealership/ service center will tell you what they can do but don't listen to them about their times for anything. Plan to spend almost your entire morning or afternoon there. If you dont like that idea, keep looking for another auto shop!

The two people behind the desk were very attentive, Janice and another fellow, but I didn't catch his name. They knew exactly how to find the parts I needed and were some of the friendliest cashiers Ive ever come across. They were both so incredibly nice to me and brightened up my day. Thanks for being the reason I smiled today :)

Absolutely horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!…read more Went in there for spark plugs and an air filter and some advice and was quickly insulted many times. The elderly man working there seems to get a power trip by holding his knowledge of cars above everyone. He did not even listen to me fully about my car before telling my I have no business working on my car. It seems rather self-defeating for an autoparts store to suggest I not give them business. Anyways, after telling the guy he was rude for insulting me, I drove across the street to Autozone and they helped me with a smile. oh and guess what!? It turns out I knew exactly what was wrong with my car (considering I had the fault codes which the other guy ignored when I told him I knew the codes, what was wrong, and how to fix it). In my opinion, I doubt I was the first person to get mad at that guy and leave the store. O'Reilly missed out on a $100+ sale from just me; I can only imagine how much money O'Reilly has lost because of this guy.
