I decide to give it a shot and call again and Anna picked up. Her first remark was oh I was expecting somebody else so I asked her the reason why she hasn't been answering or picking up for the past two months she told me she has over 60 calls a day and she doesn't pick up unless she knows them so for a new client you can forget about her answering. Second thing she says is my law she's not supposed to pick up the phone if she doesn't want. This is a real estate agent telling me this. There's not one real estate agent on this planet does not pick up their phone that's their business she seems to be hiding or maybe she did a lot of bad things to people scamming who knows that's the only reason I can see her not picking up the phone only on people she knows being a real estate agent. Worst part the owner of the property could've been making money on the property months ago so she works on her time she doesn't care about anything else but her commission. I lived under her property management company for two years and it was the worst experience of my life. She is from another country and clearly has a language barrier as well as some of her employee's. Its very difficult to get anything done as she doesn't seem to understand the most basic portions of the english language. Towards the end of our lease she offered us a deal to leave a month early and we accept. After she realized she's actually awful at her job and couldn't fill the unit to save her life she revoked the deal that was already agreed upon, stating that because it was through text message the deal was not legal and would be thrown out in court. She only cares about money and taking advantage of everyone and everything along the way to get it. Please don't make the unfortunate mistake of signing with her as I did.

She tried to screw us (the buyers) over by lying about another offer being higher than ours just to get our escalation price. When we asked for proof per legally stated as a condition in our contract, she lied that she would send it over, but never did. She then intentionally ignored us when we followed up with her, which caused us to rescind it. She suddenly contacted us 3 weeks later when the original buyer's financing "fell through," which was most likely due to the home not appraising at the purchasing price. We accepted it since we just started our home search and liked the neighborhood. Everything went quite smoothly until she and her lazy team did not pick up their Lockbox & large For Sale sign still staked in my front lawn weeks after closing despite us reminding them. She did not apologize for that and sent a passive aggressive email to my agent when I sent a final reminder. Someone in her team eventually showed up with no advance notice nor apology whatsoever and knocked on my door early in the morning when I was at work. My contractors were fortunately there that day to answer the door. My final bad experience with her was when we asked if she can reach out to the sellers about something important and she completely ignored us. We have all the emails as proof of her unethical behaviors and horrible communication. This woman is so unprofessional and I don't recommend dealing with her if she's the other party's agent!
