Helps to be fancy) She does "compassionate" grooming, which I was grateful for as he is quite old and skinny, it was a relief to know she was thinking about his well being, not just a her bottom line. Speaking of, her rates are very reasonable. She gives lots of info for directions so do be sure to review & call on arrival as there are 2 grooming business in 1 building (I made an oops worrying about the construction & forgot this bit, but she saved me & the pup!) I have an American Akita and he started out handsome but very particular so I can't imagine how patient they had to be to groom him. His grooming takes 3-4 hours and the hair, omg there aren't words for how much hair these dogs have. I brought my boy home once and he was itchy and I called them and without problem they re bathed him (they had tried a new shedding shampoo on him but his skin didn't like it) it was free and they got him in fast. Also I have called and they were booked out really far and I asked for the cancellation list and the next week he was in and groomed. I'll post pictures here of the different times and how great they have done. I love this business! It is also by my car wash place so while he is getting a bath I detail my car and go to Costco. Lol The pricing is perfect for me and the amount of work he requires is more than I could handle on my own and he is enormous in size. I am grateful for this business and the employees super respectful as well.

We used the 4 samples of hair length that were shown to us, and we chose the longest hair which is about 1-1/2 to 2 inches long, and to have her tail left uncut. Lucy's hair was about 4 inches long on top and sides, and about 2-3 inches long on legs and underneath. I brush her daily. She did have a mat under her left ear that I couldn't get out and didn't want to cut by myself. When my husband picked her up, he was shocked that she had been shaved to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. Her stomach and behind were shaved even shorter. Her head and tail were as requested, so she looks like a little rat with a big head and tail. They charged us extra for mats that she supposedly had on her underside (I won't dispute these, though.)

I had a fantastic experience with this groomer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about double-coated…read moredogs and took the time to educate me during our visit. We both agreed that a double coat should never be shaved unless there is extreme matting. Instead, she expertly groomed the top two inches and left the protective undercoat completely intact.She also gave me great advice, noting that it is best never to start trimming this type of coat at all. The results look amazing, my dog was comfortable, and I learned a lot from the process. I highly recommend her for her skill and her dedication to proper coat health! Just a note: I will be returning to this groomer but had a few notes. I was not asked about shot records though my dog was fully vaccinated and heart worm is kept up to date. She lets the dogs out of crates though with my dog he may have been more comfortable in a crate. Some dogs feel more comfortable that way but he was a happy dog when I picked him up! :)

I am not a groomer so that is why I pay for my baby to get groomed today was the worst he's looked ever! after being "groomed "She charged me 10 extra and did not take extra care to make sure his face was cleaned up and cut nicely! Perhaps because I asked her to be extra cautious because the last time they groomed him there was a small but concerning/nic on his private area that was red. I asked why the extra charge all you do is use clippers to remove the matting she said it's because she needs to buy blades more frequently okay! However doing a lousy job is uncalled for she left the hair on his face chopped up and crooked so if you decide to take your pet here make sure they are already groomed prior to taking them here for a grooming!!!! Never going back to pay for this type of very unprofessional service!! I even gave her a 10$ tip !! that was prior to noticing how bad the grooming was today!!! it doesn't even rate 1 star

They need their whiskers to help them see: you cut them clear off. You went so close in his armpits: they bled for 24hrs. You nicked his cheek and did an awful job with the cut: size varies it looks like a child cut his fur with sharp clippers. Sadly, you went so close to his private part that we have to put ointment on so he can use the bathroom. I called you and text you about this. You said you wouldn't charge my card for the butchering of my dog--- YOU DID. I get that you offered me a "free" cut and wash "next time" as well--- but you must be out of your mind if you think I would subject my dog to this torture again. I cannot believe you still proceeded to charge my card when you said you wouldn't. We use to bring all the dogs, and for years. We came before under this new management and have had issues every time but usually you can fix them. However this takes the cake. If I could give negative stars I would. My poor dog. Daniel was very accommodating, getting our dogs in on the day we had asked for, agreeing to use the shampoo we use on our Bella's sensitive skin, and made sure to protect Buddy's ears as we asked. Our dogs came home looking great! They were tired from a busy day out at the spa and looking like a million bucks! We'd definitely recommend Daniel. He's in a small, sort of tucked away shopping center near Little Caesar's on Paradise, but he's happy to give detailed directions so call and give him a chance. I think you'll be as happy as we are today.

I have taken my 5 small dogs there about 5 or 6 times. I went there originally because I have 5…read moredogs and it gets expensive, her price was pretty good the first time. (I pay in cash) Unfortunately, the price changed every time I went there, anywhere from $35 to $50 per dog. I never know how much they will charge. Additionally, I asked for a few specific things to be done with the haircuts on my dogs. I even went so far as to write down what I wanted to be done and I'm pretty sure they just threw the paper away without even looking at it because they sure didn't do most of the things I asked for. I give up on trying to request anything. I don't think I'll be going back there.
