A few months after completion one of the pvc pipes leaked and had to call in a plumber. Turns out the pvc pipes was never glued. I wish I could have given more stars. If only my finished product looked as good as the pictures I was shown of completed remodels.

I'm copying my rating from Google…read more They repaired the roof over our garage a little over a year ago prior to my wife and me moving in, and it's already leaking when it rains. My wife has called numerous times, but they haven't answered her once, for some reason. They answer when I call, however. I've set up appointments 3 separate times, but they've yet to show up, and they haven't called to reschedule; I've been the one to call. I keep getting excuses, such as, "I forgot to put it in the calendar," and, "we're dealing with another major repair currently." I guess it's a big hassle to send a single person out to simply check on the roof. They then tried to force me into taking the above review down from Google by refusing to come out (to check on their own work) unless it was taken down. A man on the phone (I'm not sure who it was) called me a "social media tough guy" and a douche. He also called me "a nasty, entitled millennial" on the Google review. I guess expecting a business to show up to at least one of three scheduled appointments (four, if you count refusing to come out unless the Google review was removed) means I'm an entitled millennial.
