What an awesome find! We recently bought an old 1987 RV and wanted to have it detailed before we used it. Tougher than one might think. A lot of the "RV" places were ridiculously expensive and booked forever in advance. I called Ross at Final Details to ask if they would do an RV. To my amazement, they do! They also do tour buses and fleet vehicles. Sweet. Ross gave me an extremely fair price for a top to bottom, inside and out detail, shampoo and some crazy good silicone sealant for the exterior. The silicone stuff took the"craze" out of the 31 year old exterior paint. We could not be happier. Sean and Tyler were the guys who actually did the detail and were quick and thorough. It only took about 4 hours to complete the 22' motorhome. Ross/Boss came back personally to do a walkthrough and check off all the items that they guarantee up front. If it's not done, the guys go back to work until it's done, and done right. We are definitely going to have them come back to do our cars once the rain passes this coming week. (We currently dive to Oxnard for our car detail, but Final Details comes to us!) They are cool guys with awesome service and communication, and we are very happy customers! Nathan and Johnny did an amazing job on my truck!!! I messaged the business through Yelp asking for an estimate. I received a phone call from Nathan in about 3 hours. He asked me what I was looking to have done to the truck and he also walked me through the details of how they do things and pricing. I mentioned that the truck interior has not been detailed in years and we have 2 Siberian Huskies so there's hair EVERYWHERE!!! They arrived on time the day we agreed on. Upon arrival I showed Nathan the truck and he started walking me through what they were going to do in the truck. Nathan also told me exactly how he was going to clean the carpets so that there won't be any "wet dog smell" afterwards. He knew by experience that if it's not cleaned the right way you'll get a lingering smell. I also showed him some scratches around the truck to see if they can give an estimate. They were very truthful letting me know that the scratches were too deep to buff out. In the end... The truck looks practically brand new!!! I opened the door and it smelled fresh. No dog smell at all! They got rid of all the dog hair!!! Especially the hair that was embedded in the back of the chairs. They dressed the truck inside and out. They even dressed the runners which were dull and gray from sun exposure and now they're black again! On the inside they were able to get all the embedded dirt in the small crevices and hard to reach places including the center console. Even the back chair pockets were cleaned on the inside. These guys have always been my go-to when it comes to detailing my cars, but it was their attention to detail after my car was broken into that inspired me to write this review. The burglar cut himself during the break in and while rummaging through my car bled everywhere. I was understandably concerned about my family's safety. Final Detail has taken care of my vehicle which I use for servicing my on site clients for 3 years now. The first time I had service done I was very picky as of the job they would do. When I went out to do the walkaround, the Final Details technician exceeded mu expectations. They paid real close attention to detail (hence the final detal name). The vacuumed very well, clean airvents with brushes, and hit the hard to reach corners most drive thru hand car washes ignore. The technician asked if I had any concerns or prefrences of produxts before he started. This was real impressing as I dont like certain wet finish products in my interiors.
