This was my first time here as I usually just do the drive through car wash at Costco, but the inside of my car was getting quite dusty, especially the windshield and I've been wanting to get it cleaned for a while. I came on Saturday afternoon and it was so busy. I didn't realize how packed a car wash can get. It was a little confusing with being my first time and I had entered from the side, but one of the employees pointed to where I needed to go. After pulling into the service line I was helped shortly. The employee asked some questions to determine what type of service I needed and then recommended the Special #1. I was then directed to go inside to pay and to wait at the waiting area. They post coupons on their website so I was able to save $5 with the coupon. It took about an hour from start to finish. After I had left, I noticed there were some lint and fabric pieces on the windshield as well as on the passenger seat. This seemed to be from the towels they used. The bottom of my dash monitor also had about an inch thick streak. It seemed that part got missed while wiping. I also noticed my trunk cover was not put back correctly so while I was driving I kept on hearing a thumping noise. Upon closer inspection I saw some damage to the cover. Looks like there was supposed to be a plastic covering that is no longer there. I looked around the trunk to see if I could find it but it might have been vacuumed up already. Pretty bad service here. I bought all three levels including full service, all three times the work is so bad, I thought maybe I was getting the wrong package because so many positive reviews. Im baffled this place has zero effort and detail provided. The windshield is still dirty, the console area has tons of crumbs, and whole areas where no one vacuumed or cleaned the mats even though I paid for the premium one. Disappointed because this place is convenient and they look busy, I am truly confused how so many positive reviews(?)- I wish I had the same experience. Maybe I went on a off day. It was my first time trying this car wash. The guy seemed like he really wanted me to purchase the automatic car wash, but I went there specifically for a hand wash. The time I waited was no issue at all. I waited about 45 minutes. I would of waited longer if needed. I should of checked out my car before leaving, but it being my first time feeling a bit awkward I did not. I drove home immediately and see streak marks everywhere. I have been going here off and on for about ten years now, usually when I want a detail. Here's the problem, and this has happened several times. The guys wipe the insides of the windows with the same rags that they wipe down your vinyl with, and the result is that a thin layer of film is spread ALL OVER the inside of your windows, and then it fogs up badly and completely the next time it's even slightly cold outside. Last time, I had to pull over at a gas station and buy a microfiber towel to wipe down the insides of the windows because I could see NOTHING out any of my windows. Incident is not isolated, this has happened to me a few times there, last time was just bad enough that I am never going to have them clean the inside of my car again. read more

Was so delighted to be able to drop my car off after I had 9 puppies and a messy vet visit occur all over my car (if you know what I mean) This place was not only willing to help me get my car cleaned out, but eager to help. I was able to leave my car there for a few hours while I ran some errands and they did a carpet shampoo, mat cleaning, regular wash for the price of $159. When is got my car back, I was almost in tears at how well of a job they did. The state my car was in when I dropped it off did not even look like the car I got back. Five Points Car Wash has been our car wash place for years now. We've come here for exterior wash We also came here for engine cleaning & interior detailing. This last time they suggested getting the headlights cleaned up.... they were old & yellow looking. They didn't turn out 100% perfect but it was definitely worth it and they look a 100 times better! One thing that we really do appreciate here (having a pickup truck) going to the car wash the bed is full of water so when you drive away it any other car wash the back end gets completely wet again.... here at 5 Points there is a little bit of a hill and they actually get in the back of the truck with an air pressure hose to get rid of all the water in the back of the pickup. read more

I got my car washed at 5 points. I got the 2nd most expensive option. They tried to up sale me to the #1, but I just stuck with my choice. It was supposed to come with a wipe down of the inside of my car. The inside of my car was not wiped down. It was also supposed to come with an air freshener. It did not. They spent 10-15 min on my car. My windows have spots. The corner of every window is missed including side mirrors. My review mirror has spots. There is still dirt on my dash board. Finger prints on the light. Dirt on the air vents. They basically did nothing to the inside of my car but vacuum and even that wasnt great. Im very disappointed and will not be going back read more

I bought my old used car and the seats had never been cleaned. When water spilled on them the dirt came up. They got it completely out! My 2009 Honda looks great. I've been coming here for years.
