My visit here turned into a complete headache. A Cybertruck was ahead of me, and inside the tunnel it suddenly stopped either because the driver removed their seatbelt or due to a car wash malfunction. Either way, it was not my fault. The employee on duty should have stopped the conveyor immediately, but she did not, even though she was standing right there and witnessed everything. As a result, my car kept smashing into the back of the truck for nearly 30 seconds until I realized what was happening and laid on the horn. Only then did the attendant finally stop the system. Outside, the owner (Sam) tried to say it was the Tesla's fault and told me it was my responsibility to figure out who should pay, which is absolutely ridiculous. After back and forth, we submitted a claim through their system, and Sam said he would check the cameras that night and contact me the next day. He never did. I tried calling their office, but the phone is now only answered by an AI-assisted voice. This should never have happened, and if it does, the car wash should take responsibility instead of leaving customers stranded with damages. I will follow up this further. read more

I am always apprehensive using these types of drive through car wash. I was here Wednesday night and told the lady that I didn't want membership. Told me it was $15 and that's what I paid. You get waved in by an attendant who I'm not really sure what he's supposed to do. Is he supposed to check and make sure your tire is straight? Maybe. Anyway got through and I didn't use the vacuum but used the free rags to clean and dry up. A lot of dirt wasn't taken out. They also give you wipes for dash/interiors. Anyway once I got home that's when I noticed there were scratches at the bottom passenger driver side. I called the number and it's an AI that answers and she does understand what you're saying and she told me after I said I'm calling re damage to my vehicle that someone will call me back. Friday came and still no call back - I called again and left another message. Will not come back and go at your own risk. read more

Went to this car wash for the first time after having driven past it many times. I needed to wash off some recent bird droppings on one of my side windows, and not only did this car wash fail to do so, but the brushes on the sides literally didn't even make any physical contact with the car whatsoever. The crusty squeegee at the gas station I had to stop at afterwards did a better job, and for free too. Money well wasted. Will absolutely NEVER be returning here again. read more

I've been a loyal customer at Quick Car Wash Encino for over 2 years, but the service and business practices have gone downhill. Every year they increase the price of the membership without any notice, and this year was no exception. What's worse, after I canceled my membership, they continued charging my credit card. Staff is great, the entire place is very well maintained, you'll always see somebody from the staff walking around with a broom and dustpan picking up our garbage even in this heat. I came by around 5pm yesterday and paid for a wash, the gentleman who was working did not return my atm card. I'm sure it was likely an oversight, and I called today when I noticed it was missing, and there was no answer so I drove all the way back here and they refused to even look for it. I waited 30 min for a manager to come and he also refused to even move a stack of flyers to look for it. I'm 100% positive the card was not returned and this was the last transaction. They told me that checking the cameras would take over a week and that they would email me a response. I'm now forced to cancel my atm card because they are too lazy to even make a slight attempt to look. I come to this car wash weekly and I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and effort. Now I considering making a police report of it being stolen because there is no logical explanation as to why they are refusing to even look or check cameras; instead trying to turn it around on ME, and accusing me of doing something wrong. Beyond horrible customer service and when the cameras prove that the card wasn't returned, I certainly hope they look into hiring better management. The gentleman who the incident happened with was very gracious but their assistant manager Sergio and the other manager are disgraceful. read more

Never tried this place, so thought I'd give it a try. There's no signage explaining about the process, the manager was a complete jerk. There should be a sign for new customers that explains that you need to use the drive thru wash first, then use the vacuum. There's nothing to that effect. I have run a very successful business for 32 years - here's the best policy, don't piss people off, be kind, helpful, give proper information and treat your customers well. You failed on every level. Love this easy car wash! The team members are friendly and very helpful, especially the manager, Jourdan. I rolled up in my son's car once, was having trouble getting it into neutral, and the guy guiding me through knew the car and exactly how to prepare it to go through the car wash. A little embarrassing, but he was very nice about it. I also love that they offer window cleaner and exterior car cleaner as well as towels to wipe down your car after it goes through the car wash. Their vacuum cleaners are very powerful and easy to use as well. It's an overall enjoyable experience and I look forward to washing my car there! read more

Good ahh car wash. They DO offer / accept Apple Pay. Their phone number needs to be updated since it always goes straight to voicemail. Employees are friendly and know what they're doing. I used to come to this location for convenience and at first friendly staff...although it's a hit and a miss on who is "welcoming and friendly" but the last time sealed the deal to no longer want to give my money to this business. I ended up cancel my $39 membership due to the rudeness of the owner. The way he approaches members to say "you've been here a long time" with the 5 minute limit although it's ridiculous for people to adhere to that to dry off the car and vacuum the interior. He really should reconsider on how he approaches people because there is a way to remind people and his isn't it. Additionally, be aware the cloths to use are always wet and leave streaks... so I ended up bringing my own to avoid using the ones provided by the location. For these reasons I ended up canceling my membership. I will go back to the other car wash location I used to go to with no time limits to their vacuum usage and they provide drying service while in the car wash conveyer belt. read more

Not happy with the way they address damages. My car wheel was damaged and I was told it was a pre-existing damage. I have be going there for 3 years and never had a problem. I tried QuikWash today for the first time and got the QuikPro wash for free as a first timer. Wow ok it was so much fun !!! I went with my 12-year old and it felt like an amusement park ride with all the rainbow colors and magic cleaning foam. Staff was super friendly and thankfully helped me put my wheel properly on the rail for the automated cleaning ride experience. The vacuums worked well and were powerful!! Right now they offer $20 per month for the first three months for unlimited quikpro washes otherwise it's $20 per wash. I recommend and will be back! read more

Their "washing tunnel" does a very good job, no scratches, and the final rinse has got something in it so the water flows off spot free. They supply, microfiber towels, spray cleaners, and spray, window cleaner, very nice little packets for cleaning the dash... All in all I was very happy with it. read more

I am eating and writing this mostly on the customer service. Jordan the attendant there went above and beyond. He is absolutely amazing! He deserves a raise. The car wash itself was good it did a great job as I hadn't had my car washed in over 2 months and needed it badly. It does get a bit crowded on the weekend so you may have to wait for vacuums but no biggie as Jordan opened a space for me! Also I loved how the express wash dried my car - I say that bc it was a nice day and as I left the lot I totally forgot and rolled my windows down a bit no watermarks. This place was great. Stumbled on it today. Fair pricing. The monthly program is $20/month for the 1st two months then $30/month for unlimited use. Free microfiber towels to use. Free windex and all purpose spray along with dash boards wipes. Employees were friendly and the car wash tunnel was exceptional. Most places the car comes out pretty wet. The dryer here got 90% of the water off the car. I live in Mid Wilshire but work in Encino. I'm definitely coming here once a week. read more

I have to agree with so many other reviewers: this place is great. Staff are super friendly, the wash is good, and it even incorporates some slightly psychedelic light color changes on the way through (see photo) -- nice touch, especially for aging hippies. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is that I have to vacuum myself (I know: horrors, right?), and the result isn't as perfect as a good hand wash. My Ioniq 5 has a little overhang above the rear windshield that didn't get completely washed, though they do give you a little dash wipe that I used to touch up spots. I opted for the middle tier wash for $20, which does save me loads of money compared to the hand washers, and I even got a little wax sprayed on. There was no line to wait in at 4pm on a Thursday, so there's a lot of pluses here. By and far, it's the pleasant people who really make this business shine. The car wash always leaves the passenger side dirty especially the passenger window 2. Leaves really bad swirl marks.. brushes are too abrasive.. brand new car 2 weeks old and horrible scratches all up the hood on the very first car wash.. I used to be a member but I realized it was scratching my previous suv so I stopped coming. I wasn't 100% sure it was the car wash before, but now it's obvious as it's the very first car wash with dealer tags still on the car. Half off the premium car wash membership for the first three months (honestly I wouldn't pay $40 once the offer is over but to each their own). All of the attendants are friendly and the wash gets the job done without ruining your car's paint job. You get wipes and a microfiber cloth you can switch out when it gets dirty with the attendants if you're too lazy to wash your own. Nice new car wash in Encino. Conveniently located right next to target shopping center. Vacuums we're solid and prices were alright. My only comment would be how the employees act when you deny wanting to get a membership. This was my second time here and I was hesitant to go back because both times, the employees customer service personalities change when I denied wanting a membership. It's a solid deal if you wash your car a lot, but please do better at continuing the service even if a customer says no to your sales pitch. I knew this place was legit when I saw a ton of expensive cars come through here I normally get my car done every month, but due to the unstable weather it's been about 4 months. I travel for work so my car had accumulated a ton of wet spots, dust, bird poop, and those weird yellow/orange leaves that stain. I went through the wash and I was surprised on how massively clean my car got. My entire window and front of the car was free of the grime. I would say maybe there was about 10% of dirt spots which was removable but my car had been so dirty I understood. There was a ton of water but they gave me a towel and there was NO streaks!!! It was crazy sunny while I was wiping so I knew if there was gonna be streaks or not. I definitely recommend going here!! Probably #1 car wash of the Valley. I also did not see any scratches made by the machines. I bought the unlimited pass even though I'm in the Valley 2x a month but I know it will be worth it.
