I feel so bad saying it but this was definitely the worst car wash I've ever had. Car was still hella dirty post wash, and I got one of the more premium options. It's a drive thru wash but there's two staff members that spray your car down / wipe it first. then once you come out you can use the vacuums. I couldn't figure out how to work the vacuum (lol) but there was no one around by then to help me. Sad day read more

I've been to Elite Express twice, using promotional coupons that I received in my email. The transaction was smooth, the service was friendly, but the quality of the cleaning was just not up to par. On both occasions, my car ended up with substantial dirt and spots on it, even after going through the machinery. I informed the company of the problem and received a promise to follow up with me. I never received that follow up. Oh well. There are other car washes out there. read more

Nice and easy! It's never packed and the vacuums always work! Nelson is a very good worker!!! The location is convenient, but making a left turn can be tricky due to heavy oncoming traffic. If you're not familiar with the area, it can be easy to miss since it's tucked away behind the gas station. Once you find it, though, it's worth the stop! read more

I Had the opportunity to be driving by for one of their promotions and I have to tell you this place is very efficient and quick and the car wash was incredible the start up at $9.99 and I recommend the $18 car wash but, give yourself some time to vacuum your car out they have complete convenient and easy workstations with tons of trash cans that make the trip very easy to accommodate. Glad this business opened up there really aren't any other car wash places for several miles around! read more

I have the monthly package and I'm glad I do. With all the pollen around the Conejo Valley, it's so easy to go through daily, if necessary to keep my car clean. The people are nice, the towels work well to dry off any leftover moisture and I never have to wait, even on a weekend. Highly recommend! read more

Scratched all left rims, several scratches and scuffs, and not taking accountability. I went here on Wednesday, October 30th and was told by an on-site manager that the car wash would not cause any damage to my brand new car. I paid for the highest package possible and initiated the car wash. My rims were immediately scratched severely and I've found several scratches to the body of my car including the windows and windshield. They told me Ali would call me back on Saturday (today) and nobody is picking up the phone or calling me as promised. I will have to go through my insurance to get this sorted unfortunately. Do not go here. Final Update (11/4/24): They are denying that they did the damage to the car even though I have a video of how I purchased the car a few days prior that doesn't include any of those marks. They are also not sharing the footage of how the car looked like before it entered the car wash because they know they did the damage. Their information (business entity) is also not listed on the California Secretary of State's Agent of Service list which is illegal. I am going through several phone calls to gather information to take them to small claims court and file for additional damages. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

I gave the fourth star (instead of three) because I believe that they are family-owned and operated (though I'm not 100% what that means... Facebook and Samsung and Nike are family-owned and operated, aren't they?) and the people working there seemed nice. But mostly because it was $8... not sure what to expect for $8. Maybe this. The blower machine that is supposed to dry off your car left a lot to be desired. If you are not going to stop at their vacuums and take a few minutes to dry off your car, this might not be the place for you. And lots of little "debris spots" that were still there when all was done. This "wash tunnel" is about 50 feet long (I'm guessing)... I've been thru much longer drive-thrus that seem to do a more-thorough job. But... Sunday afternoon, no long lines, new equipment because they've only been there a couple of months... $8. read more

Unfortunately, I picked the place because of the ratings. However, I received horrible service--well, no service. As a woman approached my vehicle she wiped and stated that there was "grease " (UV protection polish) on my vehicle. I let her know that it was just dirt and sand on my vehicle. However, she still declined me service. So, if you have "grease" on your vehicle, don't waste your time. read more

It's clean, it's new, the people there were very gracious, and their short, unassuming little drive thru did a marvelous job restoring dignity to my once-filthy Honda CRV. What else to know: - It's a small-to-midsize car wash relative to my experience, but as of yet it's uncrowded and well-equipped. (I'm writing 02/02/22, Wednesday, mid-morning. Possibly a different scene at rush hour. ) - The vacuums for the interior are incredibly powerful!! Of all of the car washes I've been to, these were the most tenacious at sucking putrescence untold from beneath my seats. There are enough of these babies for about 5-6 cars. When I went, I was the only person using them. - They have 3 levels of expense for the wash, or an optional monthly membership with discounted washes. Price range was $10-20, which felt a little steep to me, but reasonable relative to the area. I chose the mid-price wash and thought it did a top-class job! - I did not see any rags or interior cleaner like ArmorAll available, but I simply missed these supplies, and learned later that they are for sale at a kiosk there. They have everything! - I believe it was the owner who smiled kindly at me in the parking lot and quickly corrected my side mirror after coming out of the wash. It was a nice thing to do, and he just did it without saying a thing! I thought this deserved mention. It seems you would be supporting a good man, or at least a place that employs good people. Great place for a quick in and out wash without long waits unlike full service car washes. I have been a customer since they opened this new place. The owner is very hard working and always stops by for a word if he is at the facility. Maria is soft spoken and always has a smile. There are lots of vacuum stations around the lot. In general this car wash is great, the washing machine is perfect and does the work well. However, the staff is not very competent. I drove in with my almost brand new car( pretty expensive) with perfect paint condition( no scratches, etc). The very moment before getting into wash, the helping person started cleaning the hood of my car with a brush ( competent people know how bad are they for paint condition). I did not even get a chance to stop her as she stopped as soon as I realized what happened. I understand the person might wanted to reach better result after wash, but it ended up with that my whole hood was in these scratches that are perfectly seen. I have been to Elite Express Carwash many times. I have their unlimited monthly plan which means I am there often! Having two young children, my car gets messy and dirty quite a bit so I love having the flexibility of going in as many times as I want with the plan! The location is convenient as it is right off the highway. In addition, they have plenty of vacuum stalls - no matter how busy the carwash has been, I have always been able to access a stall. Clean place!! Bought the Elite wash which was $18. Came on a Friday and it turned out that Fridays are buy one get one free! The offer expires in couple of days though. I went 2/25 and I believe the free wash expires 2/27. You can use it for yourself or give it to someone else but ticket must be shown at the time for the free wash. The lady who helped me was so informative and kind! Also the vacuum at the self vacuum is very powerful! I will be coming back to this car wash. read more
