Worst service I've ever had. The owner made a big thing to see the driveway to get it plowed…read morecorrectly. The last three guys were not given any instructions how to plow the driveway , which was explained to the office before the first snow fall. In addition, they spread salt on my walk way and drive way, when they were expressly told not to because of my dog, but they ignore my request and hurt my dog! The owner doesn't like his staff being told what they should do or not do. I placed snow polls, as request and they either plowed over them or ignored them in areas that the snow needed to be back bladed verses plowed. Basically they made a mess. The owner failed to instruct his employee's several times what do at this address. Do not hired Whitetail Landscaping.

We had a rotten old retaining wall that was falling apart, and we were concerned regarding the…read moresafety of our backyard. We called Lawngevity Landscaping, they talked us into doing a more expensive option for 60,000 with three walls. The agreement being that they would remove the previous retaining wall, lay out new ones and smooth out the backyard. They removed most of the old retaining wall, smoothed out the backyard, and placed a few of the old pieces of the retaining wall back in our backyard. They covered it with dirt, leaving a very uneven surface. They added dirt once: ineffective band-aid fix. As the dirt fell away a small, camouflaged obstruction was created. I tripped in the small divet created at the base of that camouflaged piece of wall. I broke my foot and was unable to care for my family or work for six weeks. I told the company and it has still not been fixed. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them without verifying that they won't rush the job. Finishing a job in three days is only good if the job is done correctly and responsibility is taken!

Acorn…read moreTree & Crane Service had decided to come on my property without my consent causing substantial property damage. When I checked my security cameras I found that they were in my property with one big and one small truck. Not just that, they left a huge tree on my lawn after cutting it down. I called the cops and had an incident report filed for trespassing and damaging my property. The officer spoke to Linda Barrett and explained her of all of the damages that her company caused. I haven't heard any correspondents' from Linda Barrett. I'm filing a lawsuit against Acorn Tree & Crane Service for trespassing and damaging my property.
