I contacted this company because of a radio commercial I heard, but I wish I would have done my homework a little better. I should have known that companies in MI are like the Major of MI corrupt and dishonest. Their company sales pitch is good and will convince you that they will help, but beware they don't have your best interest in mind! I paid $$$ for them to assist me with a tax issue, however once they got my money I had an extremely hard time getting someone to reply to my multiple phones calls and emails and when I did speak with someone it was like starting the process all over again. There NEVER did a thing to help me and NEVER contacted the IRS on my behalf. In talking to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I was able to contact another company National Taxpayer Assistance who were extremely professional and helpful. National Taxpayer Assistance returned all my calls and answered all my questions and did exactly what they said they would do! Bottom line radio advertisements are fake and everyone should stay away from Tax Results!

I have had an ongoing tax situation developing with a pending IRS Levy received at my employer's. They responded with loads of online forms to fill in. They quickly removed my funds of $3,100 from my bank account. The Levy was removed but no other services such as a Installment Agreement or Offer In Compromise were performed. I filed a complaint at the California State Attorney General's website. I received their assistance in reaching the Michigan Attorney General's Office and they contacted the firm. The answer was completely frivolous. The dates of the firms response was 6 months behind the original date of service and was poorly written with poor grammar and mechanic errors. I have printed the Yelp Reviews and will send them to the Michigan Attorney Generals Office and the Tax Results Attorney a Mr Kim Corbin, 15206 Mack Avenue Suite 1, Gross Pointe Park, MI 48230 (313) 886-4466 to serve as proof of their fraudulent business practices. Hopefull,y the Michigan Attorney General will send me a list of lawyers to file a small claims suit for the remuneration of my fee's. The IRS said they never responded to any of their letters. Through the Freedom of Information Act you can receive all written correspondence in your IRS tax file as proof of their failure to respond. Please sue this firm. Californians complain to the Attorney General and any Federal Agency IRS, NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents), FTC Federal Trade Commission, (SEC) Securities and Exchange Commission we can Stop the Internet Interstate Fraud. If only 5% of Californians complain we can STOP THEM. IdentityTheft is a clear danger because of all the sensitive information tax filing requires. We had our taxes done there last year and everything was seemingly okay. However, upon our return…read morethis year, we learned that our taxes had been improperly prepared last year, which caused the IRS to reject the addendum for last year's taxes as well as this year's taxes. So after countless phone calls, and asking to have a different tax preparer look over our taxes, we were told that we would have to mail them in instead of filing electronically, like we always have. Our son also had his taxes done there this year and his returns were somehow deposited into our bank account! So, not only were our returns done incorrectly 2 years in a row, but so was our sons! I'm thankful that his returns were at least deposited into our account and not dropped into an abyss, but sheesh! They did discount our return by $49, but we still paid $300 for that hot mess. We will be going elsewhere next year for sure! Consumer beware!

Had she told me yes I would have been better prepared to get $3,000 less because I had to file jointly to get a child tax credit and would no longer qualify for the earned income tax credit. When she first told me my new amount I asked her what about what she said when we were in her office 2 years ago. She then reminded me of all the other things that brought me wealth by having a husband, such as our new home that we were building together. At this point I was biting my tongue, I was just wanting to get out of there. Later, when she is almost finished, Ramona asked me what was wrong... I told her I would most likely need to get a summer job now and I am trying to wrap my head around this. She informed me that maybe my husband would just give me ALL the taxes and I wouldn't need to worry about that.
