The business has won the News Journal "Readers Choice" award for the last 3 years: there's a reason for that that - the readers who voted for them evidently are happy with the service they get from Geekassured. Shortly before Thanks giving of the year, my PC came under attack of a Trojan virus and I chose Geekassured to remove the virus based on said "Readers Choice" awards, my having no other way to determine quality of service. Rich and Nathaniel, who both worked on my PC, were very thorough in their explanation of what a virus does, how to remove it, how long it would take (about 3 days), and made me feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing. . Turns out the virus that had attacked my PC had also corrupted some of the Windows files, and the virus removal didn't correct all of the ills I was experiencing. . I needed, besides virus removal, a complete back-up, wipe of my PC and reinstall of Windows and reinstalling my back-upped files. No problem for these guys; in less than two further days, and at a very reasonable price,they did all of the extra work, and my PC is up and running again: fast, free of malware, and like brand new again. If you're having any issues with your computers or other electronics, call these guys, or stop by their shop: they welcome questions and will gladly take the time to go over and answer whatever questions you have. I had called becasue I was not able to use the quickbooks premier 2016. The technician I spoke with was very helpful, he had to go through a long process to solve my problem, he spoke with a lot of departments and worked on my computer for 3 days. It all started a few weeks ago when my computer crashed and then I lost all the information about my company which was really bad for me. This technician worked very hard to first recover my files which took very long however he was able to recover my company file. Then we were not able to get the quickbooks program installed becasue my computer was upgraded to windows 10. He did whatever was needed to solve my problem and I really appreciate all his efforts. QuickBooks has made transfer of data quick. I am an old customer of QuickBooks and till date it has never disappointed me and even if I get stuck somewhere, I got an excellent help from their customer support team. Recently, I was unable to upgrade my software to a newer version, so I contacted their toll free customer care number, and explained them what problem I was facing, and it was unbelievable to see, that he listened to all my problems very patiently, although I was asking him so many questions, but not once he got irritated, rather he was very sweet and helpful.
