    The exterior of the factory
    Naomi T.

Fine & Raw's factory is located in between the industrial part of Bushwick and Williamsburg so while I wanted to visit it for some time now, there's not much to do around the area so I was always hesitant. I took advantage of their Black Friday sale to stock up on some of my favorites. I called the factory multiple times to confirm the hours; it was difficult to get in touch with someone. Yelp said they were open until 3 and Goggle said until 6. After the 5th call, I was able to get in touch with a staff member who informed me that they were open until 5 and closed for the weekend. Hearing this I rushed over to pick up my order. Upon reaching the factory, I noticed the beautiful exterior which helps distinguish it among the numerous neighboring factories. The inside of the factory looked quaint and cozy. There was sitting for patrons to enjoy their chocolates and chocolate flavored beverages. You can purchase pre made bars and merchandise as well. The order pick up process was quick. I gave my order number to associate who stepped away to inform them I had arrived to pick up my order. In under 5 minutes, my order was brought out to me. They have events around the year, offer tasting tours, and can do private events. I'm considering going on one the tours in the near future.

Friday evening. I had no idea a chocolate factory existed in Brooklyn -- how exciting and delightful. We took a short 15 minute walk over, just before close. Upon entering, I could smell the chocolate being mixed in the big vats. The big windows also allowed us to peek into the kitchen/factory to see the action! There's also a cute cafe with bright pink chairs and seating to enjoy your chocolate goodies. I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk and a hazelnut bar and a sea salt bar. To my surprise, there were also chunks of chocolate under a cloche to try! These were delicious. I love that there are only a few ingredients in this brand of chocolate without any refined sugar -- means it is more satisfying and less addicting than chocolate with added sugar. Such a great place for chocolate lovers!!

First off I have been a customer since my wife found this product in Dec 2022. I was even on a subscription buying 4 jars ($46.76) a month because my wife LOVED it so much. BUT last month we got the four jars and only one of them was the usual creamy amazing flavor etc that my wife excepted. 3 of the jars the chocolate had expanded and was all the ay to the lid and was very chalky and didn't taste correct. I informed the company and they gave me a 20% off coupon for my next order. I said I would like 3 of the 4 jars to be replaced or just refund the money for the 3 and will get the next months subscription they refused. I informed my credit card company and after a review process they told me that Fine & raw fought the refund so they couldn't refund my money. Subscription has been cancelled horrible customer service... the picture included here clearly shows something isn't right... if this was a few dollar item I'd probably blow it off and try again but a premium priced item ($11.67 per jar) this is ridiculous that they wouldn't replace or refund. To be clear the 14 months of purchases were great this was the first quality issue and their support staff handled it horribly

We spent the afternoon exploring some street art in this neighborhood during our January NYC trip. It was snowing and freezing outside that day so when we stumbled upon this spot we stopped to warm up! I don't like chocolate or coffee (weird, I know), so I didn't get anything. My husband got some hot chocolate and loved it. I loved the decor of the shop as well! It's definitely a cool place to stop by.

Taste wise it is pretty good. But it's expensive and their quality is not consistent. I received two containers of chocolate hazelnut spread and its thick and chunky, almost solidified. I tried emailing and calling without any response. Now I'm stick with almost $30 in products that's barely usable.

Great place to visit if you're in the Bushwick area! Besides picking up some chocolate bars and spreads (try the chocolate hazelnut, you won't be disappointed), make sure to get one of their coffees or milkshakes! I have tried the dulce de Leche and the hazelnut, both amazing. The merchandise (non-food) they have available is great too :)

They use coconut sugar to sweeten it, so it's not extremely sugary yet satisfies the need for rich chocolate.

It's more than an amazing store with an incredible selection of candy, It's charming, friendly and has a magical quality. Eugene is so friendly, ready to help with a smile and made me feel welcome. It was so hard to choose, I wanted everything. Eugene's has his very own candy creations (now my mouth is watering). "Freaks" are Eugene's version of Nerd's but so much better! He makes them in several flavors, and they are amazing! Who knew I would like chocolate covered cornflakes? I am a chocolate lover but I would never have thought of this combo. They are melt in your mouth while, being crispy at the same time. There is a large selection of gummies in so many varieties and flavors. I felt like I went back in time with many childhood candies that I haven't seen in years. I didn't know that candy waxed lips, fangs and mustaches still existed. I totally had to buy my dad Mary Jane's, such a classic candy. I most definitely will be back. Thank you Eugene!

The citrus flavors (grapefruit,…read moreorange, lemon, and lime) are flavored with essential oils and the grapefruit ones taste like a super packed version of my favorite grapefruit gummies. They're bigger and crunchier than the original Nerds, honestly better in every way. After my first trip, I was back within the week for more. For chocolate lovers, there are a plethora of chocolate covered candies and cereals. My go to are the matcha white chocolate covered Frosted Flakes.

While placing my order, I was briefly distracted by a phone call and accidentally said "white chocolate" instead of "milk chocolate." As soon as I realized the mistake--and knowing I'm allergic to white chocolate--I politely asked the sales associate if she could make it milk chocolate instead. I hadn't touched the cup, and it wasn't even handed to me yet. She looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable and told me I would have to pay for a whole new cup because it was "company policy." I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some understanding, but what I got was a shockingly rude woman who immediately began raising her voice at me. She bluntly repeated that she would not make a new cup, even though I never picked up the original one and couldn't drink it due to my allergy. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I walked out and left the drink behind without receiving a refund or even an apology. I will never be returning to this Prince Soho location. The store manager was extremely rude, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. This used to be one of my favorite places, but after this experience, I'm done.

We went last week on a weekday, so there were plenty of tables available. The decor is so pretty, if Disneyland had a chocolate cafe, this is what it would look like. I came here with a visitor from out of town and she loved it, too. They have so many delicious-looking drinks and desserts on their menu, so it was hard to choose. I decided on the Belle Classic, where you can choose any large drink and 2 madeleines or macarons for $15+. I ordered the earl grey tea and the macarons of the day were chocolate and caramel. I wasn't aware that you couldn't choose the macarons, but both were delicious so I was fine with the selection. Our server was outstanding as well. They gave us samples of the hot chocolate and iced chocolate to try. Surprisingly, we both liked the iced chocolate more, even though I generally prefer hot drinks. Looking forward to visiting again for tea time to enjoy more of their delicious desserts.

It felt like we weren't welcome. We went ahead and looked around. When we started picking out chocolate to buy (everyone in our group purchased something), she started being more cordial. I don't know what's up with that. We were dressed appropriately (we had broadway tickets later that day and this was a stop we made while waiting). I got the custom box with nine pieces. The lady behind that counter was very nice at least. I love that they have this option because I prefer to pick my own flavors. The chocolate quality was good and the flavors were on point. The dulce de leche, passion fruit, and rum flavor were my favorite. You also get a cute booklet as reference to the flavors as each one is decorated differently. It's pricey, but worth it. No notes on the merchandise, just wasn't a fan of the customer service. Would have given 5 stars basing off the chocolate but the snobby behavior took away from the experience.
