Acupuncture along with Chinese herbs (Annie is great a remembering what herbs I need, their father Jack still makes Chinese herb packages the old school way!) has been very helpful in managing my hormonal changes. I find that I can book an appointment on a weekday or weekend that fits with my schedule. When I've had to cancel last minute due to my schedule, Mable and Annie are very understanding. The floor is marked with arrows. I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.
