Overall this place has some hard to find items like canned Soursop and Zevia energy drinks. Not as many vegan options like I would expect but the grocery store is small so that way you're not wandering around for hours. Staff here was friendly and helpful. However, every time I walk in the store, I consistently find no less than 10 items that are well beyond their expiration date still sitting on the shelf. Not just canned foods, but things like dairy products and the prepared meals from the café in the back that are well past the sell by date. The first few times, I didn't check dates (I shouldn't have to do that) and ended up needing to throw over half of my groceries away. It can be frustrating sorting through all of the cartons of milk or yogurt to find one that isn't expired, and only sometimes getting lucky enough to find one. Do a better job of checking your inventory; items are consistently either sold out for weeks, or sitting stale on the shelf. Your inventory manager needs to be fired.

I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.

It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too!
