Impressed with the reviews left for Shannon Macleod, we made an appointment. After carefully listening to our thoughts and concerns, Shannon explained the options that would fit my mom's needs best in a clear and concise manner. She explained why some options were not the best fit, outlining the pros and cons of each in a way that made it easy for my mother to understand. She was patient and kind, repeating the information and thoroughly answering questions to make sure that my mother understood her options and was comfortable with her decision.
