I looked on yelp, read a few reviews came up with Scott Sears, I asked him for a quote he gave me a price and came out same day. Due to my error in description we had to reschedule for the next day. I need to add when I requested a quote from Scott, by default Yelp sent me quotes from 3 or 4 other plumbers. Some who gave me quotes that looked like todays date $6/22/2019, some were all over the place. What I liked about Scott was he was sure of his self/job and could quote a realistic price. I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole "it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said "for XYZ, I charge this." I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.

I feel ripped off and violated after…read moreengaging this company to address a drain stoppage in a small home that is on a slab with very easy access to the cutouts. Essentially the tenants had gotten wipes and female hygiene products lodged in the drain. After telling me my cutout was installed wrong (had it for 17 yrs and no other plumbers have ever stated that), they informed me they need a special tool to snake towards the house (mind you I have personally done this with a regular snake). Long story short after about 2.5hrs of working and texting his counterpart this issue was cleared and they sent me a bill for $2864.24! When I question this extremely high cost, they eventually stated "This is an actual company. This isn't Joe Blows". Well, I should have gotten Joe Blows.
