You only care about making yourself look like a good business owner. My appointment with Lily should have never been scheduled if she was going to be out of the country. I never, ever refused to pay for my service. I paid the FULL AMOUNT OF $88.00. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience. Once again, you want me to come in and spend more money to make the problem better, that will not be happening.

Having grown up in Plymouth, I hadn't heard of it before, but I was willing to give any referral from my sister a try. I was so grateful for my experience there. I was able to book an appointment over the phone. Parking is available on the street. The place itself is adorable. Not your standard, salon environment in the best way possible. It's almost as if it is an older, bougie/victorian home that's created on one side as a Salon with beautiful natural light leaking in and a place to watch passersby on Main Street, and on the other side, an adorable gift shop/boutique with clothes, gifts for children, skin care, and of course - hair care. Such an adorable idea. I loved my Services. I had my colorist do a partial balayage on my hair. She was very patient and listened as I told her what I wanted. She really listened and did exactly what I wanted. We chatted for a while, and it didn't seem to take long at all. She was so warm, kind, friendly, and patient. Both were. Same thing with my stylist who did my trim, a lot of attention paid to it and a really nice blowout thereafter. I left feeling refreshed and felt like my hair, although colored, was healthier than when I got there. Overall, the experience itself, the services provided, the convenience and Price-this place comes highly recommended.
