I was greeted by Doug, who makes you feel at home with a very calm and positive vibe. He then introduced me to Pablo, the star of the show. Did I say star? Rockstar is more like it. When Pablo says deep tissue, he means it. At times it felt like I had two guys working on me. He uses his thighs, knees and shin at the same time as his hands, forearms and upper arm. I don't know how he does it so flawlessly - he's like an octopus! He treated the problem areas I mentioned while connecting the work with the rest of my body. You can visualize how he makes the muscle progression. He is incredibly effective. I STRONGLY recommend Blu Day Spa and Pablo in particular if you are serious about recovery - whether it's a "formal" injury or you are just sore from everyday soreness. I had a sense that this was the right place and ended up booking a Reiki/healing session with Tracy and massage with Stacy. The massage was great, I got craniosacral work, which was amazing. But the star of the show was the healing session with Tracy. She is an amazing intuitive healer. It's hard to describe her magic, but I left feeling fantastic physically and mentally. Sadly my massage just wasn't very effective. Very light pressure throughout. I left with most of all the same muscle tension that I went in with. I've had a lot of massages and this one was like 95th percentile in price and 30th percentile in effectiveness.

You only care about making yourself look like a good business owner. My appointment with Lily should have never been scheduled if she was going to be out of the country. I never, ever refused to pay for my service. I paid the FULL AMOUNT OF $88.00. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience. Once again, you want me to come in and spend more money to make the problem better, that will not be happening.
