I wish I could give a negative star review. DO NOT go here for eyebrow microblading . I had my eyebrows microbladed. You get 2 appointments the initial and a touch up. After the first session healed I noticed unevenness. I was promised the touch up would fix that. Then after the touch up I still saw that my eyebrows were still uneven. I went in for them to be fixed a third time and not only were they not fixed they looked even worse more uneven and two completely different shapes AND they charged me to "fix" them. I am now spending 1k plus to have their work removed. They might be good at lashes but certainly not at brows. Please see pictures the first is prior to their work and the very last is my brows after one laser removal session. **wanted to give an update that the owner called and offered a full refund to have me remove my review. Then five minutes later her partner called and rescinded the refund. Just when I thought they were trying to make it right. Horrible customer service as well** read more

I went here as a last resort as I was having issues with lash retention at the place I had been going. I am someone who needs sensitive glue as I react to the regular glue. I started to think I just couldn't have lash extensions as a result as within a week, my lashes were always significantly sparse. I went to Nicole in their Hanover location and she did a patch test of two different sensitive glues to determine the best one for me. I went back a few days later and got a full hybrid set. I've already been for fills and am so thrilled to realize I actually can have lash extensions, I just needed to go to a place like the Lash Lady that specializes in this and knows all the ins and outs of best practices with people with lash glue sensitivity. Wow! Best experience I've had at a beauty spa/salon for any type of service, by far. I have short light lashes, so most places want to throw on a ton of crazy long extensions, but Lorna took the time to talk to me about the different types and styles that would look best on me, but also wouldn't damage my real lashes. We ended up with lighter lashes that still added some length and more volume...I am thrilled with them, they are perfect! As soon as you walk in you'll see how beautiful and relaxing their salon is, but I couldn't get over how much much fun it was to be there. Everyone who worked there was cheerful and smiling, the owners Lorna and Rebecca were always joking around. Really, I can't recommend highly enough!! read more

I recently went to a lash salon and they applied my lashes all wrong. It was horrible and I left in pain. I made an appointment at the Lash Lady and Jess took such great care of me. She removed the old extensions and was so gentle with applying my new extensions and they came out absolutely flawless. I'm beyond happy with her work and I made another appointment before leaving and it went super smooth. The front desk was so welcoming and helped out a ton by looking for Jess's next available appointment! If I could this 6 stars, I would! The Lash Lady is excellent!! read more

I have been getting my lashes done by Kaila for years and she does nothing but perfection. The lash lady is an amazing studio it is clean and gorgeous. Everyone is so kind when you walk in and punctual. I get lash extensions and on occasion a spray tan. I did not look orange which I feel most people fear and I'm very fair skinned. They are extremely careful with the lash extensions when doing the spray tan so no need to worry about that. LOVE this place! read more
