We decided to give Clean Choice a try. Luke was very professional, and he got us 3 different options to choose from very quickly. We decided to just go with our windows washed on the exterior and see how it went before getting the whole building cleaned. Saddie and Rhesa showed up right on time the day that we had scheduled and ready to take on this large job. He was confident that he could remove the lichen, which other companies could not. We also hired them to clean our gutters and roof, and apply a moss preventative. Vas respected our desire for environmentally-conscious and pet-safe cleaning products. The next day, Vas and his crew got right to work and I've never seen such efficiency. They have impressive equipment that can handle any exterior cleaning task. (I especially appreciated the ladders, that clamp onto the roof, avoiding dented gutters.) All of the services combined took only 3 hours and our yard looked neat and tidy. Costs for services were transparent and reasonable, with no hidden fees. We paid exactly what we agreed to.
