When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. The first job went well and I liked the covers so I asked them to return and add covers to all the gutters. Unfortunately, the second job was given to a young, relatively inexperienced crew who did a very poor job. I had to call the owner back to have their work corrected. He wasn't too happy about my call but he did come out to do the correction. Having had a bad experience with the second crew, I later wrote the owner asking guidance on why the gutters were dripping along the gutter front, worried that it was connected to the poor second job. Gutters are not supposed to drip when they are empty of leaves/clutter. Mine were clean and the drips were significantly large drips. The owner NEVER responded to my questions. He could have responded to me with an answer to calm my fears about this being a normal feature of gutter covers (I have no idea if this is true or not) but he NEVER responded to any emails, calls, texts, etc. even though I gave him plenty of time to respond between tries. I take offense that once he had my money, he dropped caring for my needs/questions. I expect professionalism from companies that I hire. I try to be cordial and fair. I avoid being bombastic or angry. I approach a question with an openness, but when I am totally ignored, I do get angry. Thus, this review that I've been putting off for some time. My advice if you hire this company is to make sure you have an experienced crew do your job, not the owner's son who is learning the trade and who is not teamed up with an experienced crew to guide and correct him at the time of work. Hopefully, you'll be happy with the result and not have to call them back, because you may never see them again!

Thinking about it now it was probably not that ideal season to get this done however I didn't think about that at the time. Bridge City Soft Wash was one of the first companies that popped up on Yelp when I did a search for "roof moss removal". Google had provided what a cleaning and treating would cost so that's pretty much all I had to go for in terms of what to expect. I send a message through Yelp and provided what I wanted to get done and hoped for the best. David responded really quickly and even told me he could be out the next day to take care of the roof, which was on a Sunday too. The price he quoted was what I was expecting to pay so why delay it, I said "see you tomorrow!". David showed up and proceeded to clean and treat the roof. Took about an hour to and hour and a half. I can't really say how good the job was since 95% of the job is on the second story so it's not something I can see but I could hear him using the brush around the roof while he was here so I have no reason to doubt the quality of the job done. He even offers a 1 year warranty on his work so that just gives a little bonus on top of everything. Their service was worthy of coming back to leave the review! They had given us a very reasonable quote for gutters on our small cabin at Lake Merwin. They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review!
