I called this morning and spoke to a very nice dispatch who took my flight info, credit card and promised a driver would be available. A couple hours later, I found out my flight was delayed by 30 minutes so I called dispatch to alert them. Gerald (not the dispatch operator who took my call in the morning) answered the phone and began to yell at me, he said they can't pick up that late, have no way to call the airlines to find out about flight delays and that he couldn't help me. I try to support local businesses and have given this company multiple chances. Service and car quality is very hit or miss, but this is the final straw. If you need RELIABLE transportation, look elsewhere. There's a reason why they get so many 1-star reviews.

As I hopped off the bottom step, I looked up and saw the bright yellow sign of QV car services shining! I decided we could just take a cab. I don't live far at all so it couldn't be that expensive. As we crossed the street, two cabs lined up. One guy honked. I checked his door for the qv logo and we gladly hopped in, relieved we wouldn't have to walk all the way home at that hour. He was pleasant. And it only cost us $6.25. He didn't complain about us chatting and he told us to have a blessed day (must have been the tip). I don't know why I never take a cab on my late nights from the lirr. This place is 24 hours meaning they are always right there.. waiting to chauffeur me to mi casa. This car service is definitely one I'm willing to use. I'll be crawling out of these cabs all winter thanks to my desire to shake my behind even in the coldest of colds.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. Once i got a cab from here, the driver detoured to pick up a woman ( maybe his woman) with two full laundry bags, and dropped her off to nearby laundromat. With no warning. Needless to say no tip! Entered the main station for the cab drivers and the dude that is supposed to be picking up the phone calls was sleeping. I should of took of picture of his lazy ass, mouth open and everything. I tried asking him if there was a cab available for me through the glass because apparently the door had been locked to enter. He just watched me like i was an alien from outter space and then reacted as if I was bothering him and had to nerve to give me attitude. NEVER AGAIN! I was so pissed. I ended up calling another taxi service and they came to me within 5 mins.
