This included power washing, priming, and minor repairs [as necessary]. The Estimator, Justin, arrived on time and listened to all of our expectations and concerns. He furnished a detailed and timely estimate for the work to be completed. And, during our review period, he answered all of our follow-on questions and supplied both insurance [medical and liability] and licensing information, so that we were able to independently verify their currency and applicability. The work took three days to complete. Each day Dale [on site manager] & company [Ron - first day, Malcolm - 2nd & 3rd day] arrived on time, prepared to paint the house. On the first day, Dale listened to our concerns and ensured that he understood the job to be completed. He was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and above all patient [with us and the work]. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Dale went beyond the job agreement, delivering, with our approval, painting touches so that the finished product was uniform in appearance. We were more than satisfied. Suggestion: If possible, purchase the paint yourself, using the types and quantities provided in the estimate. I cross-posted this review on his facebook page…read more I do think Mike is a good guy, but i'm very disappointed in the job i hired him for and would not recommend him. The paint job his guy did was very poor quality as confirmed by several individuals-- 1. my wallpaper installer in the same room, 2. my neighborhood sherwin williams, 3. another professional in the business. I called Mike to express disatisfaction and he blamed me for 'choosing' the Sherwin Williams paint (color/sheen) that i did but at no point did he advise me otherwise that it would be a problem (funnily enough, Sherwin Williams pointed out to me that the sheen on the can he used/left at my house was even different than i requested). To be fair, Mike did return once to 'fix' the job his guy did and he shared that the man who painted our room only worked that one day and how hard it's been for him to find help which i sympthatize with greatly. At the end of the day, I still paid for a very sub-par paint job, that i end up re-doing, and want my money back. My main complaint was that the paint was scratching off/peeling off the baseboards with very little effort (although the whole room was pretty streaky). My husband I redid the whole room ourselves over the course of 3 days with the help of a friend and now was so much MORE work because now we had to sand the baseboards from the flaky/peeling paint he used. i'm including photos to show the peeling off. A day before we were re-doing the room, i texted Mike again to let him know that we were re-doing the paint job because his company's work was NOT good and i didn't get any response back.
